I ordered my food as soon as I got off work thinking by the time I drove from silver spring to Kensington it would be done. When i got there the guy had the nerve to tell me 20 minutes and then started talking to somebody else immediately. Ridiculous probably won’t be back the point of ordering ahead is for your stuff to be done. Who wants to wait an extra 20 min on top of their drive to you when they just got off work… no common courtesy

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. The unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff was truly disappointing. They initially informed us that they were no longer accepting orders, yet somehow managed to prepare a pizza for someone else just an hour before closing. This inconsistency shows a serious lack of organization and fairness.
If the restaurant cannot manage its operations or accommodate customers properly, there’s little point in staying open on Sundays. While the pizza itself may be of good quality, the poor service completely ruins the experience. Unfortunately, this establishment is not worth visiting

I had the margherita pizza. It was thin and flavorful. Also had a lemon lime soda, which was better than Sprite. Customer service was amazing and the patio area was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

It's fancy-pants pizza, but probably the best fancy-pants pizza I've had. The Hot Mess is probably just one of my favorite meals, period. Porky Marge is also delicious when my wife makes me swap her a slice of my Hot Mess. Friendly staff, too, and they support the community with nights where they'll donate proceeds to schools. Might look a little pricy, but you see where all the money went with the highest quality, often made in house ingredients.

What a fantastic meal AND experience at Frankly. Three of us split two apps (arugula salad & olives), two pies, and two desserts. Every bite was delicious but I'll call out the Hot Mess pizza and the pumpkin seasonal dessert as particularly stellar. Service was fantastic as well. I'm coming back the next time I'm in town!

This ain’t no American pizza. This is better. The closest you’ll get to real Italian pizza here. Super friendly and thoughtful staff, down to not putting arugula directly onto my take out pizza because they didn’t want it to wilt before I brought it home. Thin, airy dough, real mozzarella - I mean I can’t say enough about this place. We’ll be back for a dine in experience!
I am lactose intolerant so got the Porky Marge with pepperoni and vegan cheese. Usually vegan cheese isn’t great but they knocked it out of the ballpark! The taste and texture of the vegan cheese was divine. I asked my sister how she liked her Sausage & Peppers pizza and she said “there definitely won’t be any leftovers!”. Highly recommend this place for takeout! I’m from NYC/CT and it surpasses pizza I’ve had there. 10/10

The carry-out crew was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I arrived a little early, but Luke was kind enough to push my order through so I could be on my way. The mushroom pizza was incredibly flavorful—easily the best I've had in the area.
