I don’t recommend the shrimp and grits. Bland grits topped with overly spicy sausage (inedible except for the shrimp).
Fish and chips were good as was the hamburger.

An absolute gem in a fantastic location. The wine selection here is truly outstanding. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. What made the experience even more memorable was the incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined yet welcoming dining experience.

This is a great spot to enjoy delicious food and wine/beer. It also has a fabulously curated selection of beer and wine. You can’t go wrong. I once dropped a bottle I purchased right as I walked out, and they kindly gave me a new one. This kind of service and kindness makes this spot even more wonderful!

I can't comment on the food because we just went for drinks but it's definitely a bright spot in Kensington. The wait staff was friendly and able to recommend good drinks. The store part carries a good selection of wines. We look forward to returning.

Tip well, or don't come out. You might get embarrassed lol. I’ve been to this place a few times and always enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service—it really is a great place. On my most recent visit, I came in with a strict budget in mind. But the food smelled amazing, and I ended up ordering more than I planned. It was worth it, but by the end of the night, I was stretching my budget thin.

When I tipped 10%, the server called it out. I bumped it up to 15% and was told that 20% is more customary. I totally understand and normally always tip 20% or more here. But this time was tough for me financially, and being addressed about it felt really embarrassing.

It’s a wonderful restaurant, and I respect the staff and what they do. I just don’t feel comfortable coming back right now. No hard feelings—just a rough patch.

Really enjoyed the nachos special tonite, the chip holds all the delicious toppings! Food was excellent which included the salmon BLT and grilled asparagus special! Not that it isn't always great, but the specials and dishes were prepared especially well, keep up the great cooking and variety! IPAs and elderflower prosecco were great compliments! Service was great too, way to go Tony!

Got chips and guacamole, and the grilled fish tacos. The guacamole was lacking in flavor and the fish tacos were drowning in a coleslaw sauce. Service was okay.

Great little corner wine a beer bar. Terrific service and delicious food. They have a fantastic wine and beer selection. It’s a fun and relaxing spot. It’s on a busy street when you sit outside it can get a bit loud during rush hour.

We went there for lunch today. We were happy to see how diverse the menu is. We each got a glass of wine and I ordered the Soft Shell Crab in a corn 3 ways sauce. The wine was a big red and the crab was enormous. The sauce was very well thought out and delicious, a perfect pairing with the crab. My wife got the mushroom risotto. I was impressed that the chef used Maitake and trumpet mushrooms in the preparation. The portion was quite large. The wines they sell are fairly priced and they have ratings on some of the wines.
