The truth is that this McDonald's is a disappointment because on 06/08/25 in the morning when I arrived with my parents to buy them something to eat after coming from a flight, the manager took our order. The truth is that customer service was very poor, as if he didn't care about taking the order and after dealing with that, he gave us the wrong order. Don't go there if you don't want to have a bad time.

Tasty food, bread is stale more than 20 percent of the time on breakfast sandwiches, clean nice sitting area, they are generally very busy but generally handle it well, spanish and english speaking staff, seem to be understaffed and its difficult to talk to someone at times due to running around trying to fill orders, havn't made any mistakes on the orders I have gotten from them, recommend useing thier app thier deals and points acquired often save me 20-40 percent per order.

I've been going to that place for years nad years the last 3 times that I was there they mess up my order and the last time they even forgot to work on my order. Which I call the manager for a refund and I asked him what happened he said we are busy which I do understand but if people that order getting food before me when I just order a drink and I was patient for 20min. I've been going to that restaurant for more then years

Worst place ever. I tried to use my app gave the guy the number and he said it didn’t work then when I went to the window to show him. All of a sudden the app said I had already used the deal. These guys are scammers. I do not recommend this place

I went in earlier on, under an hour/half an hour ago, ordered 2 large meals, a wrap and a big mac meal, both drinks were medium and they hadn't given me the fries, and the wrap had short brown hairs in it ( it was neither mine or my partners, she has black hair and I hadn't touched the wrap.) Then I called up to sort the issue out 2 times they let the phone ring out, on the 3rd attempt a guy answered and did a muffled scream and hung up before I could say anything. On the 4th attempt we properly got through, and then the manager, I think her name was Kate redid the whole order by herself and made sure that it was perfect and there was no issues.

The fries were the worst I have ever had. They tasted like old greese, they were cold and completely uneditible. They put the wrong orders in the wrong customers. The bun to my mc chicken was so tough that I couldn't bite through it. It banged so hard on my dash. The whole meal, 5 meals, were awful. Came home and even my animals wouldn't eat it. I won't be coming here ever again. The worst
