They always always mess up the drinks. I absolutely hate coming to this store. The employees don’t follow recipes. The drinks are always too bland and water downed or too sweet. Just follow the recipe. Even when they remake a drink after I tell them it’s not right, they still make it wrong. Just follow the recipe. They put too much milk and ice in the Frappuccinos. I can’t taste my drink bc of all the extra milk put in it. I don’t understand it. When they pour the components from the blender into the cup, more than half the liquid stays in the blender. BECAUSE they don’t follow the recipe. If two pumps go into a small cup, yet u add twice the amount of milk….. it’s not going to taste right. Period. No matter how many time you remake it, if u don’t follow the recipe it won’t taste good.

Seems like you guys have some immature little kid working there. I was there on Sunday 7/6/25 at around 11:30am. He tried to talk really tough at the drive through window, and when I drove up to pay, he had switched with some female employee to collect payment. Obviously he knew he did something wrong, rude and obnoxious. Same immature guy was there on Saturday 7/5/25, same nasty rude behavior thinking he was acting cool like in high school. I've been to many Starbucks and this is not how your employees behave. I am also a manager at my job so take my advice, terminate him before he tarnished your brand.

This is my favorite Starbucks, initially on started going here because of the drive thru but the staff keep me coming back. I did have one issue with an order and I contacted them, they were apologetic and it felt genuine. I wasn’t angry I just wanted to share the experience to prevent it from happening again.

They are fast and efficient and always friendly. I know they see hundreds of people daily but they make my experience feel really personalized. Every time I pull to the window and they say “order for JB” my day instantly improves no matter who is at the window but me and my mini poodle love when Jess is at the window, I could make coffee at home or stop at plenty of other Starbucks but in my mind this is my Starbucks haha

The only draw back is the parking lot, it’s not Starbucks’ fault because there is lots of signage but sometimes people don’t read and try to cut the line because they didn’t enter the parking lot correctly so you just have to exercise a little patience

It's mostly a drive thru joint with a small seating area. To get inside you must walk to the complete opposite side of the building from where you park. It is not a deal breaker but it's awkward because the small building is 100% circled by the drive thru, which gets busy and backs up.

Most of the time when I get Starbucks I get the espresso w/ a venti cup this particular day I ordered that with sugar cookie cold foam w/ no ice I was disappointed with the coffee which was filled barely half way while paying almost 6 with the points that I had I will no longer be going to this location even tho it’s in my vicinity.

This was supposed to be an enjoyable experience, but it ended up being a disappointing one. The $3 promotion ended up costing me over five dollars. I did not ask for extra milk foam. The drink come with milk foam. It’s on the menu, but they charged me for it. I already asked at the beginning if it was $3, and they said yes, but in the end, I paid more than $3. When I paid at the drive-thru, they didn't tell me it was $5. I am very angry about this. It's not just about the extra $2 I paid, but also about their attitude and lack of proper service training.
