The drinks are not bad, but such bad staff.

I would like to make a big shout out to this location’s employee, David. He saw that I was in a bind and running late to pick up my daughter, so he stayed so focused and got every last detail of my order correct, including a sandwich I needed to bring my daughter for dinner before the next activity! We need more Davids in this world to look out for each other!

Barista on the window was very rude. I made a very simple mistake on our order and I apologized but this woman, went on to lecture us on a very condescending tone talking down to us. I decided to take the high road and let it go because I did not want to ruin my family's mood who were here on vacation. Starbucks needs to do better in training their employees specifically this location. If you hate people, you should not be in customer facing roles, and if you hate your job, don't take it out on customers and just quit. She's an African American woman and her name tag says Day with a heart right next to it and this incident happened on the 26th of December.

My family went to have some hot chocolate and they told us they will close in 10 min, so 10 min pass and they told us we have to leave, very aggressive the people who work there, bad service do not recommend.

I visited this Starbucks on November 21 in the morning and placed my order around 6:54 Am. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a jalapeño chicken pocket. About 30 minutes after finishing them, I started feeling sick — suddenly sweating on the spot — and later had diarrhea for the rest of the day. I’m not sure what caused it, but it was a rough experience. I hope the store checks on food freshness and speed of service.

I’m genuinely shocked by the unprofessional conduct I experienced at your location. A male employee working the drive-thru window displayed behavior that was not only immature but completely unacceptable for any workplace—especially one representing a brand like Starbucks. He attempted to act overly aggressive and confrontational at the speaker, and then, clearly realizing how inappropriate he was being, switched places with a female colleague before I reached the payment window. It was an obvious attempt to avoid accountability.
Even more concerning is that this wasn’t an isolated incident. The same male employee was present the day before, exhibiting the same juvenile, arrogant behavior—acting as if he were trying to impress someone in a high school hallway rather than serve paying customers.
I’ve visited many Starbucks locations over the years, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. As someone in a managerial role myself, let me offer this piece of serious advice: this employee is a liability to your store and your brand. If this kind of behavior is allowed to continue, it will inevitably reflect poorly on your entire team. You may want to reconsider his employment before further damage is done.

They always always mess up the drinks. I absolutely hate coming to this store. The employees don’t follow recipes. The drinks are always too bland and water downed or too sweet. Just follow the recipe. Even when they remake a drink after I tell them it’s not right, they still make it wrong. Just follow the recipe. They put too much milk and ice in the Frappuccinos. I can’t taste my drink bc of all the extra milk put in it. I don’t understand it. When they pour the components from the blender into the cup, more than half the liquid stays in the blender. BECAUSE they don’t follow the recipe. If two pumps go into a small cup, yet u add twice the amount of milk….. it’s not going to taste right. Period. No matter how many time you remake it, if u don’t follow the recipe it won’t taste good.

Seems like you guys have some immature little kid working there. I was there on Sunday 7/6/25 at around 11:30am. He tried to talk really tough at the drive through window, and when I drove up to pay, he had switched with some female employee to collect payment. Obviously he knew he did something wrong, rude and obnoxious. Same immature guy was there on Saturday 7/5/25, same nasty rude behavior thinking he was acting cool like in high school. I've been to many Starbucks and this is not how your employees behave. I am also a manager at my job so take my advice, terminate him before he tarnished your brand.
