I had been a customer for many years but today the manager has disrespected me and I will NEVER buy anything from this establishment AGAIN!!! The manager has made a scene when I tried to pick up my order. I showed the lady at the register my app. She went to get my order but the manager came out and she backed away. He took my order and asked for my receipt again. I showed it to him. He couldn't understand. He kept looking at it like, he's never seen it before. Clearly, he's never been upfront or seen a receipt in his life. I tried to tell him "look at the order number, it's on the bag," but he just couldn't understand. By that time people around us got quiet and started listening because he was getting loud at me. I said: " You are making me feel like I'M stealing." He said "what's your name?" I was upset he was yelling at me and just wanted to get out of there, so I showed it to him on my app. He STILL couldn't read it!!! At that point I was almost in tears and said that I will never come back again. He was still holding my food and when I tried to reach for it, he took it back and started shouting that they had a food mixup earlier and he personally, had to make sure I was not taking someone else's order. I literally had to GRAB my order out of his hands, which he didn't want to let go, by the way, so I can finally leave! This man needs to stay away from business altogether but I have no doubt if he sticks around managing this location, no one will stop by there anymore, because ALL people deserve RESPECT and DIGNITY!!! If you are not wealthy rich, most of us who shop at subway are not, then don't come here because you will be treated like a shoplifter!!!

It's a Subway, so no atmosphere, no decor, but the place was super clean -- possibly close to closing time at 4:40p on a Tuesday. Easy parking in this large strip mall parking lot. I purchased two foot-long chicken and onion teriyaki sub combo meals, which included a small soft drink and choice of chips or a cookie for each meal. No other patrons in the store at the time, so very quiet, and the gal who helped was quick and pleasant... particularly when my newly-downloaded Subway App had to be re-downloaded to get it to work. But, as this was my very first time scanning from the Subway App, when I was told by the employee the scanner was ready I apparently held my phone too close to the scanner face because it didn't scan until I pulled my phone away in frustration...then, it beeped as scanned. But the store employee watched me as I kept trying to scan with my phone right up against the scanner and I even said it's not working but she didn't suggest that I was holding my phone too close. Also, when I asked to instead provide my phone number to get points -- because when I initially signed up for the rewards program, it stated that my phone number would suffice for in-store points accrual -- the employee indicated that wasn't doable. As the only staff member at the counter, she didn't seem like a new employee -- she certainly knew how to make the subs and ring up the combo purchases -- so, it could be that some additional scanner and rewards program training/information is needed. However, to rectify the scanning problem, she might have consulted with the other employee in the back, who passed through the front for a second when I first arrived at the counter, especially since they weren't busy. And, to add to the experience, both heavy foot-longs were placed in the same bag, which handles broke off and the thin paper bag crashed onto the rain-soaked ground spilling out the chips just as I reached my car -- those flimsy paper carry bags aren't strong enough to hold two foot-long subs, which should have been placed in separate bags. Anyway, though a few frustrations, when I finally got home, I thoroughly enjoyed my sub.

My daughter and I come to this Subway often during the school year. We know the usual workers but we haven’t been all Summer…Until today.I entered, took pics as usual, and waited to order.My turn, staff member didn’t smile, didn’t greet; just asked, “What do I want?”.It seems as if she had an attitude.She then tells me not to record and walks away from counter mid sandwich wrap…Anyway, I won’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch and stop coming to this Subway but I will immediately turn around and eat elsewhere from now on if I see her at the counter!

I know several Subway establishments in the area, this one makes the difference, the staff is very diligent, the place is very clean and the vegetables look fresh and orderly... Congratulations to the staff, it is difficult to find workers like that.

Not going to lie these new sandwiches surprised me! The Fresh mozzarella was very good, love that as a new option. I haven't been to subway in quite some time, it's is a nice fresh take!

Decent place. Good portions. However, some employees don't understand English. You talk to one lady and the other translates for her! No wonder they don't read or understand the additional instructions that I provided when I ordered thru the app. Frustrating.

This restaurant is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. when I want to go to a proper lunchon, this place comes first to my mind. exeptionalgorgeous and diverse food and a large menu.trained staff, and nice spirit. Also important, the bill is fair. I sent my friends to this place with no hesitation.
