The sexy jalapeño appetizer was good, but then we had to wait an hour for sushi and it didn’t come so we left. If you want sushi from here, you should probably order DoorDash because all the DoorDash guys were getting theirs, but my wife and I didn’t get ours even though it was Valentine’s Day. Also they don’t serve wine.

We watched about 10 door dash drivers walk out with their orders in the 70 minutes while we were seated waiting for ours. We were the third couple who walked out because the wait was terrible. If you want to eat here, order online.

I stopped in for a quick lunch, service was good the food came out pretty quick and the happy hour menu is solid. Sushi Toro has all the traditional rolls as well as a few pages of specialty rolls.

I did Uber eats. The sushi was basic, and presentation wasn't the greatest. Ordered shrimp tempura and got only 2 shrimp. Won't order from here again

Their sushi here is top notch. Service was amazing. They kept checking on us to see if the food was good. Every single thing I ate there was just too good. I’d definitely recommend!

Well, DCGourmet now endorses a third sushi joint in the DC area, vs previously only two. A friend invited me here, and I am so glad we went! Lovely, calm and clean atmosphere plus super fresh and artistic, symphonically harmonious sushi. I even loved the miso soup, which is an item I usually skip, but took a chance this time. It was hot, flavorful, DELICIOUS, and unlike any miso I’d ever had before.
DC area sushi usually disappoints. I assure you this place pleases to the nines. It has 4.8 stars for good reason. Come see for yourself!

One of the best sushi places around. Got sushi to go for the second time today and it was absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly too.
This quaint sushi spot takes me back to the Tokyo....fresh fusion sushi and comforting ramen plus a whole lot more.

The sushi here was quite exquisite. Definitely worth the price of around $15 a roll. There's a fine line between grocery store sushi, buffet sushi, and restaurant quality sushi. Luckily, this place truly brings restaurant quality sushi!
The only downside was the length of time required to receive food. But I'd rather that than low quality sushi ?.

Reasonably solid sushi pick. Fairly laid back. Good cost/value ratio.

Absolutely fantastic! In addition to food, service, and atmosphere, also parking, price, and speed were all wonderful as well. This was my second visit and I will definitely return!:-)
Parking: Mall parking, many many spots open at 1pm on a Sunday.

Shockingly good quality for the location. Large menu with some unexpectedly exotic options. Do yourself a favor and try the fatty salmon or Japanese uni
