Good but DIRTY.
Each time I have been here I’ve been impressed with how yummy the food is, and equally impressed with how dirty the place is. So much so that there have been rat and mice droppings and dead roaches (the big ones) on the floor in the main eating area. I want to go back but if that is what is in plain sight I don’t want to know what is behind the counter!

The customer service could definitely improve. It was quite challenging to place an order as many of the staff members spoke very little English, making communication difficult. Additionally, when I ordered coffee, I was disappointed to find that it wasn’t made from a coffee machine, which impacted the overall experience. I hope these areas can be addressed to enhance the customer experience.

The cinnamon twist is delicious. They have great sandwiches. It is slightly pricey, but worth the time and the visit).

I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich on French bread Whoever made the sandwich put way too much mayonnaise on there mayonnaise was oozing out of the sandwich All I could taste was mayonnaise and nothing else and the provolone cheese looked old. Also ordered a chicken Panini and the sandwich tasted really bad.
Delicious French pastries and breads. Good coffee. Nice atmosphere. Some outdoor seating, but it is in a mall, so not much to see. Bathroom could use a coat of paint. Plenty of free parking.

Very appalled by the way one of the workers “Diane” was speaking to her associate…. There was a line and she was yelling at this girl who seemed to be on break. My first time here and ai didn’t appreciate that attitude.

Mark - your help needs to pay attention. They handed me a coffee cup with the lid on however they did not push down on the lid. Therefore, it spilled all over me ruining all of my clothes. I now have to go dry clean everything because a lack of paying attention by your employees. This location has been going down hill significantly and it has been for years. Someone needs to step in and get it together.
