Below average Wendy’s here. It seems that nobody worth a quarter wants to work there. Poor customer service, staff’s attitude is bad, they lack good communication skills and simple manners and almost every time I stop there, it always takes 15 minutes for my food to be ready, and then it’s prepared sloppy.

With all the negative reviews I don’t understand how this location is still operating. Every time I order from them, something is wrong with my food. This evening was my last straw. I ordered via DoorDash, and when I received my food, I discovered that the baked potato I ordered was just FRENCH FRIES in the container. French fries instead of a baked potato?! That is absolutely ridiculous. The cinnabon I ordered was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. They also forgot my extra frosting, which I paid extra for. It is absolutely unacceptable how bad this location is. I won’t order from them again.

This restaurant never has ketchup at the drive thru. This is about the third time recently that this has happened.

The absolute worst. No attention to detail. Ordered a biggie bag with a bacon junior cheese burger and 4 nuggets. But got only 3 nuggets and a hard burger that had to be sitting in a warmer all day, immediately throw it in the trash. Won’t go back. Definitely shows a lack of quality or even a care.

This place needs someone that can take orders effectively at the drive thru and know what they are doing.I seen this person taking my order at the drive thru with his pants hanging off his butt and the manager says nothing crazy and unsanitary.

I went thru the drive thru and this time they were pretty timely and only took 2min to address me which is great as my past experiences they take 5min sometimes. I asked for the Meal of Misfortune the new Wednesday Netflix special meal. She gave me the total I paid at the window she asked me to pull up to the cross walk I waited all of what felt like 1min she brought the food out bing bam thank you ma'am. She was very pleasant without putting on a show. Food was hot and drink looked great. Kudos to my local Wendy's 👏🏾
While the service was fast, I had to ask for items that usually come with the chili(crackers, sour cream, a spoon). Then when I opened my chili it was over an inch below the top, I don’t expect it to be overflowing but this might as well have been the smaller size.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, OR GAS. THIS IS THE WORST WENDY'S IN AMERICA. I CAN NEVER GET A COMPLETE ORDER. THEY'RE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING, AND AFTER READING THIS POST MAYBE THEY WILL BE OUT OF CUSTOMERS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WENDY'S NEAR BOB EVENS IN BOWIE. Update March 29th 2025. Yes Today is March 29th 2025. Hey Y'all can we boycott this Wendys in Watkins Park for 3 weekends in April ? Starting on 5th & 6th -12 th & 13th -26th & 27th. Management still takes us for granted. I think the last time that I did a review was maybe 2 years ago. And nothing has changed absolutely nothing. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger french fries and a soft drink. At the time that I ordered there were two vehicles in front of me. When I got up to the window I counted five associates including the on duty manager. As she stood over top one of the workers I watched him make at 5-6 sandwiches 🥪 each time I thought he was preparing my sandwich, but then I realized they weren't for me when I saw them set off to the side of the drive thru window. Five - Six times Wendy's? Really? And don't say it was for visiting customers because it was only one guy on the inside. So I don't want to hear that lie. Obviously they were making orders for online customers. So like I said before don't waste your gas and don't waste your money. If I knew the Watkins Park Wendy's would take 25 minutes to fill my order I would have drove to the Bowie Wendy's. FACTS!!! MAYBE the only way corporate is going to do something is when they start losing money!!! $$$$$$
