Went there for a pretzel baconator meal and all my food was stale.. fries cold burger much have been sitting there all night and they gave me the wrong drink with no straw… smh and the manager with dreads at the windows knew better…

This location is dirty, slow, and customer service is terrible. The food is fine but eat at your own risk because I saw no gloves and no employees washed their hands when returning from break.

Do not come here. This is easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The dining area is never open and despite limiting themselves to drive through only, they can’t keep up with the orders they get. Expect to spend upwards of 30-45 minutes in line waiting before having some sort of negative interaction with the cashier at the register. Good luck and god speed if you decide to eat here.

There were 4 customers waiting and it took almost 20 minutes for me to get my food. One the guys working the counter had his pants hanging down so much his butt was exposed. The manager was up front with them she did not seem to have control of who was doing what. I would not recommend going to this Wendy's and I will never stop there again. Hair nets should be used also.
