Sorry to say, Laplata has the worst order accuracy in the area. They are always leaving items out. When you call, they replace what was missing, but the inconvenience should warrant more than that. They need better management. Chick-fil-a please help this location!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered five milkshakes. My order was mistakenly given to the car next to me, then taken back inside and handed to me with the assurance that they were ‘freshly made.’ However, the other customer had already eaten the cherry from one of the milkshakes.

The blonde girl at the drive thru should probably understand that people can hear her talking when their car windows are down. She was very rude. My 9 year old really wanted to take the food, so I had the back window down and she was waiting patiently, but the girl ignored her and tried to address me through a closed window instead. Rude again.

The food is what you expect when it comes to Chic Fil A. However, this branch always seems to be a little off kilter compared to most. Service is very slow, even during slow hours, and the workers always seem to be a little confused.

My guess is there is some training that needs to be done, and some different standards set. At this point, it doesn't quite live up to the name.

So the food is good. But I just had the worst fast food experience. First, my friend does an online order, and it wasn't complete as 2 sandwiches were missing. We call and they said they would make us new sandwiches. When we arrive, there is no food and the manager had to put tge sandwiches in the system showing that they dropped the ball again. On this round, the order was still incorrect. Lastly, no apologies or acknowledgment of errors.

I honestly feel like something is going on with this location.

I don’t know why this chick fil a location can never get orders right. Every time we go through the drive through to order, one of our items is always wrong or they forget stuff in our order.

This is probably one of the worst Chic-fil-A’s in the area. Service is slowwwwww. The line to get your order taken in the drive through is wrapped around the corner but then you drive around the corner and no cars in front of the car giving the order. You walk inside to a bunch of teenagers hanging out and acting like there is not a line of customers waiting to have there order taken. Just hanging out, making sure they get their own orders taken while 3 other people are actually working. Someone needs to put an adult up in that building at night and maybe it might actually run smoother. I absolutely dread going to this one.

Nothing beats placing a very large order online, quickly going through the drive through, missing absolutely nothing in my order, and maintaining polite and professional interactions. Nothing but great things to say about this Chick-fil-A.

I did a drive thru pick up order a head of time plus another placed one at the window that took longer time than usual to have anyone acknowledge that I was even waiting to hear anyone greet me . I then press a lil on my gas to move up than here a voice say hello ? .i then Ordered my second order plus stated I had also had a pick up order I did for drive thru pink up. The young lady than said okay pull around . She never asked me for the name of my pick up order . When I pulled around a young man then gave me my total for my second order after I paid and ask for sauce . I than said I also had my pick up order and gave my name then he went to go look . then the young lady says oh well actually your suppose say you have pick up order at window with a nasty body language and tone . I then said well I did say I had a pick up order I never got asked for a name . She then says” you pulled off too quick before I could ask im the one that took your order “ . I said either way you knew I had a pick up order and still didn’t have my name until I just now gave you it . She aggressively proceeded to act like she’s preparing my order .by her body language and the other staff I didn’t even want my food anymore . I felt like she would’ve purposely forgot something in my order or do something to my food . I told them I canceled my order on the app and to not worry about it . I drive off , I never experienced this type of energy in my life . I don’t recommend to ever come to this location, they are very unfriendly and racist .

We went mostly for the indoor play area, which was super fun for my daughter. The play area was very clean and did not have a strong smell of cleaning agent or food or dirty socks. Plenty of space to put your shoes and benches for parents to sit and have a view of the entire space. Bathrooms were extremely clean and fully stocked. All of the staff that we encountered were courteous and helpful. Exceptional service. My special order sandwich came out exactly as I ordered 😋 the condiments area was fully stocked with everything we needed. Obviously, all of the food was delicious. Looking forward to having play dates here.

I ordered at 8:15pm. The person taking my order couldn't figure out what an oreo milkshake was, so I said cookies and cream since it was on the menu. I get to the front of the drive thru line. He put a chocholate chip cookie instead of a milkshake. The girl takes it off (reimburses me for the cookies) and rings me up for a milkshake. Mind you, I have already been sitting for a while before they brought my meal. She has me pull up since the line is backed up. Why they didn't just make my milkshake real quick? idk. So I sat there for a hot minute. Decided to go ahead and start eating. Realized my sandwich was wrong. They finally brought my milkshakes and had to take my sandwich back in. So I'm waiting even longer. They kept apologizing, so I know they were truly sorry, but dang. I was already tired from a long day, so this was really inconvenient. I didn't leave the drive thru till 8:33!!
