Absolute slowest drive thru line known to man. I’ve never waited 25-30 minutes in a drive thru line before…until today. And this is for food I already ordered and paid for. Why isn’t your second lane for mobile orders only like Crain Hwy in Waldorf? What’s the point in ordering ahead? Come on now…

I tried to call to privately let management know how disgusting the food was but they just let it ring and then hang up via automated response. Ordered #3 nuggets were greasy, fries were pale and rubbery and our drinks were basically all ICE. What a waste of $20 it mostly ended up un the trash. Chick-fil-A would be fuming if they new the standards held by this store. Do Better People.

I ordered no pickles on my sandwich and got pickles. When I went to exchange it, they gave me a new one, but kept the on w/ pickles. In the past when there were any errors, they have let me keep the messed up order. I ordered curbside and had to go inside to exchange...so a little bit of a hassle....

Sorry to say, Laplata has the worst order accuracy in the area. They are always leaving items out. When you call, they replace what was missing, but the inconvenience should warrant more than that. They need better management. Chick-fil-a please help this location!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered five milkshakes. My order was mistakenly given to the car next to me, then taken back inside and handed to me with the assurance that they were ‘freshly made.’ However, the other customer had already eaten the cherry from one of the milkshakes.
