“My wife and I split 2 sliders and fries. The food was very good and served the way I asked.
The young woman behind the counter was very helpful as this was our first visit. I asked for hot and to be sure it was hot! Glad I didn't sign the waiver for the extreme hot.
The restroom was clean. The seating area looked clean although dark.
My only negative, which can't be helped was the smell of skunk coming from the person in front of me.“

You are being serviced by 🤖/drones with a smile and a pre-recorded message, with the exception of their faces. They all have different faces. “While I love eating from Chick-Fil-A, I never understood why did they bother building this one when there's literally another Chick-Fil-A just down the 301 highway's street over at 3365 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20603 within the same area. 🤷 It's like pulling a McDonald's move how its branch can be seen every few miles or at every other location.“

“The food is delicious and the portions are enormous. I got a bowl with brown stew chicken, rice n peas, and plantains. It's enough food for multiple meals (for me). I just wish I'd asked for a bit more brown gravy!“

“My husband, son and myself ran into a little bad luck and had our truck breakdown by the Brandywine Chick-fil-A. Situation could not be worse due to us being so far from home and having a camper attached to us. We had to unhook the camper and take the truck to a local mechanic shop and just wait. That’s when the GM Mr. Alan saw us sitting in the heat and stopped by to check on us. He listened to our story and with a little push he convinced us to come to his store and eat some lunch. We were afraid to leave the camper due to someone possibly stealing it and he even insisted on parking his vehicle in front so no one would be able to get to it. My husband was the stubborn one and still insisted on staying with the camper but he made my son and I go and sit in the A/C. He then treated us to lunch which was completely not necessary but a blessing at the same time. I am not sure when I will be in the area again but I know if I ever am again. This location will certainly get our business. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!“

“It was nice to have the classic Fried Chicken again. Too many KFC restaurants have closed. The Waldorf location restaurant is very clean and well decorated. It's a comfortable place to enjoy the awesome KFC Fried Chicken we all love!

Parking: No shortage of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to sit and eat, and squirm around like kids always do. LOL
