We’ve been going to the La Plata location for at least the last four years because they always seemed to get the order right and food was good. HOWEVER, the last few months have become hit or miss and less satisfying. The meals are more expensive and MUCH more skimpy! I pay for double protein and there is no way my bowl contains double. I ask for extra salsa and same thing. This is happening more often than not. I will no longer order online they are a rip off! I want to see what I’m getting before I get home with a half bowl that I paid a fortune for with the non-existent extras! Chipotle, you are becoming a disappointment and are on the verge of losing my business altogether!

Lines are crazy long, but the food is amazing. When ordering bowls I would recommend getting extra portions especially if you order online, because they tend to skimp out on the ingredients.

Clean restaurant. Fast service. Good for a quick lunch. Kids enjoyed the make your own tacos. Each one of my children had chicken, corn, cheese, two tortillas, a side of fruit and a fountain drink. Just enough food for my ten and 12 year olds.

after shopping, driving home from work or wherever you want to eat something quickly because you don't want to go home and cook. This is the place to come!!! If you're in the mood for some variety this is the place to go. choices of burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas tacos. All of that variety will truly fill you up. . Stop in!

Good customer service is great but the tables and floors are never clean. I wish they will get better with that.

Please either fire or stop hiring the people that smoke cigarettes. This is the 2nd time my wife’s bowl has tasted like cigarettes. I’m not gonna continue to spend $40 to have the food taste like an ash tray. Disgusting.

I agree with CiCi, this has got to be the worst chipotle in Charles County. The employees are rude, can't understand what you aask them 3 times and then is rude & loud and want to fight when you try to get help from another worker, the store is dirty, counters don’t be wiped off no matter what, it's horrible if someone is allergic to the dirty mixture of food and smears because the counters stay dirty and food everywhere. One day someone will call the health department. I had an issue with my order and an employee being rude & stated words like she was trying to fight to me I tried to call the store and couldnt get in touch with anyone. I hate coming here and will NEVER come back.

I love the Bowl with the grilling chicken as my meat selection and the brown rice. All the other toppings are what makes the Bowl so Delicious!!
