Umm.. is this Chipotle ok?? I did a Mobile Order for 2 Chicken bowls and they completely forgot chicken in one of them! And then the other one had sour cream and guacamole, neither of which I asked for, but thanks for the free guacamole I guess? Just confused because the order is literally written down.. They also seemed understaffed but overstaffed all at the same time.

This place is the bomb! I will always stop at a Chipotle when I see one open and I'm hungry and I have the option to sit there and enjoy a burrito bowl because they always hit the spot, fill me up, and never upset my stomach.

Go here upwards of 3 times a week, no big complaints overall, but today I went in there ordered my regular burrito, I asked for normal chicken, which is what I received, I saw the worker scoop normal chicken and everything was good, the worker at the next station then asked, “Honey chicken??” I said no regular chicken, and then I watched her write “C H” which stands for chicken and honey, I was confused because I told her it was regular, which it was. The cashier rung it up for honey and I said no it’s regular chicken, the lady at the previous station then got an attitude saying “he’s just trying to trick us” I then said no, it’s not honey chicken it’s regular. I’m not worried about 80 cents of chicken difference in price but if your gonna blame me of “tricking” yall that’s just disrespectful and to not even apologize is crazy when I ordered regular chicken.

Chipotle was very busy. I was in line for about 25 minutes. Everything would have been perfect until I got home and saw a charge for double meat which I didn't request raising my bill $5.

I ordered lunch and was eagerly awaiting it. Got the food on time and it was the totally wrong order. I tried it again the next day and items I ordered were missing. This is ridiculous. Who is responsible for checking that the right order is sent to the right person?
