I live in Laplata so I go to the laplata Dunkin donuts everyday!!! They are the most inconsistent and rude Dunkin donuts 🍩 around. Everyday I order the SAME thing and it comes out different and usually wrong. Don't get me wrong, there's a few employees that are great 👍 and will remake it for you but even the manager or owner is a greedy little man and 🙂↔️ NO help when you talk to him. I ordered the same large frozen coffee sometimes 2 or three times a day and the owner decided to raise his prices without telling anyone 50cents a cup!!!!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous! I will now travel to Waldorf and won't be going to my local Dunkin anymore!!! 50 cents is highway robbery! Greedy 🤪 jerks! Id rather give my money to another Dunkin donuts. I don't agree with this! Laplata Dunkin donuts 🍩 has gotten SOOO much money out of me it's unreal how much I spend there a month but I will not be doing it anymore.! Laplata lost a great customer

I placed an online order yesterday for drive through pickup. Unfortunately I did not check my order until I got down the road and realized I was missing an item. In addition, not sure if over-seasoned or the bacon was burnt, but the avocado toast did not taste good. I tried to call customer service regarding my miss item but found out they are only opened during the week. Now I wait for an email response

I love Dunkin. I am guilty of visiting dunkin multiple times a week for coffee, donuts or a breakfast sandwich/wrap. They are definitely my go to. I love the iced coffee in the summer or we’ll all year round and my warm Carmel coffee in the cold cold football nights
