I placed an online order yesterday for drive through pickup. Unfortunately I did not check my order until I got down the road and realized I was missing an item. In addition, not sure if over-seasoned or the bacon was burnt, but the avocado toast did not taste good. I tried to call customer service regarding my miss item but found out they are only opened during the week. Now I wait for an email response

I love Dunkin. I am guilty of visiting dunkin multiple times a week for coffee, donuts or a breakfast sandwich/wrap. They are definitely my go to. I love the iced coffee in the summer or we’ll all year round and my warm Carmel coffee in the cold cold football nights

I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts, but when I opened the box, there were only 3 donuts inside. Last I checked, a 1/2 dozen is supposed to be 6. I tried calling the store to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. On top of that, my daughter was really upset because her favorite donut wasn’t even included in the box. Disappointing experience.

This place has really gone down hill. Have been there twice in the last two weeks. Both times they gave us wrong donuts, both times donuts were also not fresh even though it was before 12 PM. They always get the drink orders wrong too. This time we called them out on the donuts after checking before leaving, and they said, "yeah we didn't have the other one so we just substituted with this instead." But why not ask us?? We're in the drive-thru you can just ask what we'd like substituted if you don't have. Will not be visiting again. Management, please stop being cheap. No stale or leftover donuts, and please train staff on how to make proper drinks.

I usually don't order dunkin alot But every time I do they screw up I always ask for less syrup of the Chai latte (to much caffeine) and yet i gotta be the ass and be like 2 how hard is that Every single time and I rarely order it cause it always wrong But the donuts are always good
Thanks for the menu change no one asked for. Why drop classic donuts like chocolate cake, powder, and plain.

I left Dunkin all of 3 minutes ago and came straight to google to write a review. I have been going to this dunkin for years. And the one in waldorf. I got 2 medium ice coffees and 3 pup cups. In my 15+ years of coming to the laplata and waldorf dunkin i have never been charged for a pup cup. So i asked why and the drive thru person was so rude and began to tell me iw as wrong and waldorf does charge me for a pup cup when i go. Look me in my face and called me a liar. I personally know the owner as i use to work for one of his other companies so i asked her if it was something new Nick had inforced and she said no. They charged me $1.06 per pup cup. Its 50cents to add whip cream to a drink. When i said that she said no whip cream is free. Wrong again. I get charged to add whip cream to my frozen mocha coffees. It got to the point other employees cane to explain it because she was so rude. Once we received the pup cups the rude lady in the druve thru came back to the window and said word for word “what are you waiting for something”. I HADNT EVEN GOTTEN MY COFFEES YET. So rude. Worst experience and i will be sharing with everyone and wont be returning. If this is how dunkin operates its worth the extra money to switch to Starbucks! Dont go here you will be treated terribly!! Just want to add i finally tasted my coffe and they added a ton of cream and sugar! I didnt not ask for extra cream and sugar its like im drinking coffee creamer. Terrible service! Train your employees better. I will be contacting corporate this is completely unacceptable

They make the drinks wrong and it gave me a stomachache. We were supposed to get the next order on our coffee free after because of the stomachache and they refused to give it to us. I ordered a cold brew and the coffee didn’t even taste close to a cold brew.
