everytime i go here i get the wrong food never what i order it has happened multiple times over the last year this never happens at other mcdonalds. i also call and was told i woulld get a free order of the same and that never happen i dont go to this location anymore

I’ve never really been a huge fan of McDonalds, at least as an adult. I do however go for their McFlurries and I’ll take my kids there in nights we are getting home late.

Updating review: when you do get food, it's almost always undercooked.
Three out of my last five trips to this place have resulted in them missing major parts of my order. For example: today they missed my 10pc McNuggets. Order 1215 12/24/24

I paid for this for my kid to have the Pokémon happy meal that is what I ordered then you can’t even put the cheese on sandwich I paid for and the fries are old
Total Chaos!!! Driveway backed up 11 cars total. I go in to order, 9:10 a.m. Placed my order but the machine was broken so drive-thru manager had to finish taking her order before she could come helo my lady. 8min later I place my order and go sit. Meanwhile 3 other couples came and went full service. I asked why my order is taking so long and she forgot to stick the receipt on the screen with tape cause the monitor is broken.
I feel bad the employees and this is the reason folks want to unionize. You shitty owners just want money and make your crew suffer through hell. Every franchise should mandate a 120hr work requirement per owner per year.
Wont go back!! I suggest others avoid it as well.

I was on a field trip and I got McDonalds for my lunch giving we could chose any fast food place in the little food area. I got a 40 piece nugget and put about 30 in my bag to leave because the bus was coming. Needless to say I got food poisoning the nuggets were stale and cold the lady serving at costumer service gave me attitude. Now it’s 3:07 am and I’ve bee vomiting since 11:30-11:55 pm. With all to say I will never be going back and you should stay away from this place because I don’t want you do get sick from it.

Forgot to add my tomatoes, lettuce and extra tartar sauce to my sandwich, but gave me an extra 20 piece nugget make it make sense

They don't give you anything you order. Everyone there act like they don't speak English. I just ordered and they spoke English. 0 stars

Late night quick stop, but the food was hot and fresh. The staff was polite and followed instructions well. They were very polite at the window and fast.
