Was giving cold and EXTREMELY hard food ….i could crumble the cookies in my hand they were so hard . i immediately backed up into the drive thru window , the guy apologized and then warmed that same food up and gave it right back to me and that is unacceptable . I will not be back

It may be silly to leave a review about McDonalds but I just wanted to say the staff at this location are extremely polite! They have never gotten my mobile orders or drive thru orders wrong. My food is always hot and fresh!

Egg McMuffin meal is $9, then they do a $2 up charge for orange juice. This location/franchise is scamming. Highway robbery. A drink is SUPPOSED to come with a meal. Why there is an orange juice up-charge for a BREAKFAST drink is beyond me? What other drink would you drink besides coffee from McDonalds for BREAKFAST? Make it make sense. I rather just patron Waldorf and Brandywine.

everytime i go here i get the wrong food never what i order it has happened multiple times over the last year this never happens at other mcdonalds. i also call and was told i woulld get a free order of the same and that never happen i dont go to this location anymore
Does this look like a Mccrispy? Why not just say you don’t have it instead of overcharging?

I’ve never really been a huge fan of McDonalds, at least as an adult. I do however go for their McFlurries and I’ll take my kids there in nights we are getting home late.

Updating review: when you do get food, it's almost always undercooked.
Three out of my last five trips to this place have resulted in them missing major parts of my order. For example: today they missed my 10pc McNuggets. Order 1215 12/24/24

I paid for this for my kid to have the Pokémon happy meal that is what I ordered then you can’t even put the cheese on sandwich I paid for and the fries are old
