Late night quick stop, but the food was hot and fresh. The staff was polite and followed instructions well. They were very polite at the window and fast.

If I could’ve gave 0 stars I would have. The Hispanic lady at the drive through window was very unpleasant with a nasty attitude. on Friday 10/25. I explained to her that I didn’t get my nuggets, her reply was “ I gave you everything you ordered . She immediately closed the window. I blew my horn and when she opened the window she said “ I’m not serving you” she closed the window again and didn’t open it back up. I went inside and demanded that they refund me. The lady at the window lacked customer service skills. As a customer, I didn’t deserve to be disrespected. I will also call corporate on this establishment.

I placed an order at the kiosk. Waited for my number to get called. While waiting several other got their order without any problems. When it was my turn the Hispanic woman at the counter asked for a receipt and was very rude. Never thought I would get profiled at a McDonald's

My father is advancing in age and the young lady at the register had a poor attitude while interacting with him. They need to show more patience, kindness, and respect.
I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and didn't check it and got to work and order was wrong I was given a sausage egg mcmuffin and of course when u call McDonald's no one answer the phone poor customer service
