Extremely poor customer service and the general manager needs remediation and additional training for her lack of self control and regard for customer satisfaction.
Shame on you Robin Posey for your unprofessional display of poor character and ability to rectify a easily fixable situation in a timely and respectful manner. This person is confrontational and obviously cannot handle customer support effectively. Panera should really look into who they have representing their company and their ability to lead and solve problems or customer issues.
I love panera but because this person feels comfortable enough to disrespect paying customers I can no longer patronize this facility.

The GM of this location, Robin Posey, is extremely unprofessional. She should not be in the service industry, or client facing, especially with her dismal disposition.
We will be contacting corporate HQ regarding Robin Pose. Sadly, this does not appear to be an isolated incident - based on what was observed both in store and with the reviews online.
Robin treated my wife poorly when she came to pickup an order placed via DD, which had been delayed for over an hour. The order was originally placed at 10 AM for a 10:16 pickup and delivery time.
Upon arrival at the store, my wife did not find our pickup order ready - so she notified one of the staff, who then fetched Robin.
Robin was not welcoming, and was frankly rude and nasty with my wife. She got loud with my wife in front of everyone at the store, and was generally confrontational. Robin did not demonstrate any regard for the situation, nor any basic social awareness or customer service skills.
Robin did not offer any solutions, she only caused more problems. Robin caused unnecessary delays and stress with her disrespectful and loud attitude, not offering a resolution - to fulfill the order or offer substitutions for what she claimed to be out of stock.
Robin told my wife she didn’t have sausage or yogurt in the building, and that she could not fulfill our order.
She also said a Dasher took our food, though we were in contact with DD and were told to pick up our food at the store - which was marked as ready for pickup.
Robin did not offer substitutions for what she claimed was out of stock. Robin was on the phone with DD, side talking behind the counter, and making snarky comments. She made my wife feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Robin did not attempt to satisfy my wife as a customer.
Robin delayed remaking the order for 30 minutes, and did not even provide the items from our order - or any substitutions. She gave us three old bagels and two small drinks. Nothing was correct.
Robin acted as if she was seeking to create confrontation, like she gets pleasure from being a nasty and rude person. Robin does not demonstrate self control, maturity, or any professionalism. She also made a comment to my wife about our child, as if she was trying to throw a jab and personal attack, as she eavesdropped on my wife's conversation with another dissatisfied customer while waiting.
Robin Posey will be hearing from HQ about her behavior and decisions.
For now - recommend to steer clear of this location. We will no longer support Panera due to this experience.

Went to Panera today for lunch, ordered take out pick two, missing our bread, we live twenty miles away so disappointed the bread is always what we dip in our soup, and the wait was long for our food.
This place genuinely sucks. They messed my order all the way up and didn’t even fill my coffee all the way up. Wth.

I'm a frequent customer at this location, visiting about once a week. Unfortunately, my recent experiences, particularly with the staff handling mobile orders, have been consistently disappointing. The employees and management appear unhappy, unwelcoming, and their body language comes across as rude.
A simple smile or a polite greeting would make a world of difference. It's disheartening when the people who are the face of the business seem so nasty. Today, I felt compelled to say something, as the negative vibe seems to start with the leadership and trickle down. It's a shame that what should be a pleasant experience is soured by such a lack of basic customer service.

While looking for a seat with my family, we found all the empty booths were not clean and located one mostly clean half booth in the rear of the store. While walking to our table, I heard someone say “I want you to understand I can fire you right now but I not going to”. I looked over to see what appeared to be two members of the management team counseling a team member at an adjacent table. The counseling went on for about 10 minutes and the entire conversation could be heard without trying to listen. The woman, later identified as the General Manager, had absolutely zero tact in her approach over an apparent uniform violation (wearing the wrong hat). Having served in a managerial position I understand the importance of the little things, but I also understand the importance of the approach. Though I don’t know the context, she told the employee that she is scared of him sometimes. The entire patio was empty and it was only about 80 degrees outside, a much more suitable place to have this conversation. The end of the counseling was filled some personal remarks about previous employment and future plans for a management role. These seemed very insincere and an attempt to soften the overall tone. The employee sat there and was quiet and respectful during the meeting. I approach the employee after the meeting ended in an attempt to provide words of encouragement, at which point the GM interjected and denied any wrong doing, being dismissive of my point of view. Having to listen to this counseling session and the unprofessionalism of the management team caused me to lose my appetite and I didn’t even touch my food. I won’t be back to Panera.
