Good deals, good pizza, never had issues with service or order. There's a bunch of different pizza places in the area, and this is our normal go-to.

Ordered from this restaurant today, driver gets all the way to my house and sits in blue car in front of my house. NEVER knocks on my door. I know this because I was sitting downstairs within ear shot of the front door. Drives off and they cancel my order. When I call them, whoever answered the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE says that they tried to call me (my fault because I hadn’t changed my phone number yet) and that the driver “knocked on my door” he or she did NOT. I went out onto my porch and the driver saw me but DID NOT get out of their vehicle to deliver to me. They tell me to order again and wait another hour to have it remade and delivered to me again. I don’t care WHO was managing this store you need to get your story straight because I was outside when your driver took off with my food! Would rate zero stars if I could.

Sent me burnt pizza that smells like popcorn. Called for instructions to my home and got hung up on before any type of good bye, called back because pizza was burnt and house smelled like burnt pizza. Again got hung up on without a good bye. Do these kids not have manors anymore? I didn’t ask for replacement or to fix the scenario with money. Just let them know I’d be back again and would not want it to happen again. Will definitely never be back to this location. Would rather eat cat from a Chinese place than get the disrespect from a 15 yr old 😂 maybe 9pm is too late to ask for food from kids doing their job.

The pizza was horrible. The service was even worse. The cashiers were rude and uncaring. I should have demanded my money back. I will never visit Papa John ever again. We threw away half the pizza. What a waste. Please teach your cashiers better respect and customer skills. I see why it is always empty of customers.
