The man with a very heavy accent behind the counter is by far one of the rudest and ignorant people I’ve come across. He can’t get an order right and then he screams at you when you tell him it’s wrong! Plus he put used products back in the bin to reuse, poor practice since it was contaminated with mammalian items. People have food allergies that apparently he doesn’t get!

The place is dirty, dated, and rude employees. The vegetables look like they had been out for a week. Soda machine was down. My friend is a vegetarian and the sandwich make made my sandwich with meat and attempted to make a vegetarian sandwich without changing her gloves. We had to ask her to please change her gloves. Once again attitude. Do better or close your doors. I won't be going back. I hope the health department pays them a visit very soon before someone gets sick from eating there

Ordered online Chicken Sub with extra chicken because the time before I did not get much chicken on the sub, This time I ordered it extra chicken, They gave me even less. It was almost all veggies. I pulled all the chicken out of the sub & put it on the side (See top right of picture) I drove back to Subway to show them and have them remake the sub but refused. After that I went to the Subway in Walmart, Showed them the sub and they wasn't surprised. Bought the chicken sub and they hooked me up. Next time I order from Subway, it will be from the Subway in Walmart.

I ordered a sub on their app. When I arrived, they did not have the ingredients to make what I ordered. The app had no way to cancel the order. The store could not cancel the order so I am out the money. Subway lost a customer today.

Everything was smooth until I got in my truck and gave my girl her apple juice. Today is November 5, the juice expired Oct 17th. Had mold growing In the bottle. When I returned to the store I was told I was mistaken and the juice was supposed to have gunk floating in it. Afterwards they made no attempt to remove expired juice from display. Employees just went back to their routine.

I walked in and the two employees (both Indian) were faking like they were busy. I'm the only one in the store - by the way. Finally the female says 'you want a sandwich'. Ah no I'm just standing here looking pretty. The man goes behind the counter and they both start speaking in they're language loudly and aggressively. I know they're talking about me so I say ' that's so rude'. I say it over and over till they stop. I had to tell her three times not to toast my sandwich but it was still hard as can be like the bread was old. I had to insist on new vegetables because they had three or four in each tray and she was trying to give them to me. She made a messy sandwich but I'm trying to be courteous. I scan my coupon and she tells me 'we don't honor these - ask me next time before I make your sandwich'. I took my sandwich - gave her a $2 tip for being her mean self and left. I will never return to this Subway and hopefully they'll pack up and return home..

The person who worked there was on a stool fixing the door or something. I waited for him to safely move before entering. He never said one word to me ...I just walked up to the shelf to get my order and he still didn't say one word. It was kinda strange.

I went in here around 8pm, there was young man working the line and a few people ahead me, his customer service was so bad towards the woman he was servicing that i left. I was so stunned… like he was basically throwing her food around, slamming the oven door and just being very rude. The woman stayed calm the entire time and luckily the others in line were there to support her. I noticed i wasn’t the only one who walked out either but honestly I’m afraid to return.
