This was a great brunch dinning experience! The food was delicious (chicken & waffles), Light and fluffy waffles with bacon garnish and Carmel sauce was toped with crispy seasoned chicken thighs. Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful ambiance, and affordable prices make this my new favorite place.

Kung Pau Brussels were awesome and u enjoyed my Beet Salad. Ingredients are always fresh and food delicious

My husband and son had brunch on a Saturday. Our waiter was Zach and he was a great server! Very attentive and prompt! Everything was so good!!!! My husband had steak and eggs, I had the veggie omelet with a side of French toast , my son had the chicken and waffles.... Omg...... we ate every bit of it!!! We also ordered desert. My son had this ginormous size lavender cheesecake ! My husband and I had this ginormous slice of a very good carrot cake that we shared! We took 1/2 home. We will definitely be back!!! We have been there before For jazz night and happy hour and that was good too, but my favorite was definitely the brunch!!

We ordered 5 bowls of the cream of crab... all 5 came out cold. The server offered to put them in the microwave, 3 of the 5 sent theirs back (after a bite was taken) and the other 2 decided they would just take it home and heat it later. When the soup returned to the table, the young man bringing the soup back out had no idea whose bowl was whose. Our main course came out, again food was just "warm". One member of our party did send her food back to be heated again. The chicken tender KIDS meal came out last, I actually had to remind the server about it when he asked if there was anything else they could get us. The place was packed. A few members of our party had been here before and raved about their dinner and experience. I'm sad we didn't experience the same. I would like to try them again in the future for dinner on a less busy day, but surely not Sunday brunch!

I think the feel needs to be the same on both sides. It was noisy on the non bar side in the all white and green room. Especially with the workers hitting the wall EXTREMELY hard on the other side. My wife and I were celebrating our 22nd anniversary, and we had to turn our own jazz on our cell phones just to drown out the noise. Our server was excellent.

The Charles had amazing food, amazing atmosphere and amazing service! I'll highly recommend the chef's cheesecake - it was absolutely amazing ♡♡♡♡

I absolutely love The Charles. The food, the drinks, the service, the staff, the ambiance, they all get five stars from me.

It looks different from the first visit, it's not as cozy. The food wasn't bad but my mashed potatoes had a little too much pepper and the crab soup was just ok. The short ribs were delicious! The waitress was really nice and attentive.

We've dined with The Charles before, but never inside. Our lunch experience in the dining room was fantastic! The atmosphere was clean, bright and cozy, our waiter was friendly and accommodating, the service was quick and the food was so yummy. We're coming back for the Ginger Chicken Lettuce Wraps!

03/16/2025- First time at a birthday celebration, nice private room inside with 29 special guests or more for the party. The server took appetizer orders first, drink orders, then main entree orders! Two local female musicians set up a small section for music entertainment. The restaurant is nice inside. I did not expect for it to be located in a business area solo. Parking was plentiful around the Restsurant front, side, and back parking. The waitresses/ servers were okay. It was super noisy and I don’t think they heard very well. The tables were not numbered. Causing the waitress to forget who, ordered what. My sister ordered first but for some odd reason; she and three other guest patrons never received their dinner food. The party is now over, from 4:00 pm to about 8:00 pm- the server never bought the three orders! But great party, great musicians, tasty food(spicy). Overall experience okay.

Every time I go I experience another level of amazing food and the service is always five star. This is definitely a go to from a solo date to hanging with the girls or a date night it’s great for all.

Always a table ready for you without a reservation. Staff is friendly and the good is always good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was good except for the baked potato, it wasn't cooked soft. The braised beef ribs were excellent, very flavourful. The T-bone steak was good and cooked exactly as ordered. The carrots and green beans were very good as well. Nice atmosphere and the staff was great.

The last time that I ate at this place was when it was Casey Jones, and the food was great. This time it’s under new management and the Food was Horrible. We came for our daughters 40 Birthday and more than half of the party didn’t like the food. Plus the prices are outrageous. Whomever runs this restaurant needs to either get a better Chef or just close down the restaurant portion and just operate as a bar. I know one thing, we’ll never go back again. Plus we both had different meals, we both felt ill the day after.

Wheelchair accessibility: I would tell them that it was Wherlchair accessible but, none of us were in a wheelchair. The food was horrible and way too expensive. Save your money or eat at Outback.
