Finally got a chance to stop by last night. The cocktails were better than amazing. The bartender was very cool and I could literally dance to the sound of him shaking the mixer. I could go down the whole list of drinks and they would all be fantastic. I tried four different ones, two were different takes on an old fashioned. I highly recommend. Definitely try the crab balls and the margarita pizza, the fresh basil really comes through.

Three of us got the BBQ chicken flatbread and boy was it delicious! (I ordered an extra one to take home!) I can't remember what my son ordered, but he ate every bite! Soft pretzel and cheese, perfect! Friendly, helpful, and accomodating staff. Great service! Highly recommend. The only downside I can see is that all tables and chairs were bar height, which made it difficult for our toddler who didn't want to be strapped into the booster seat and may be difficult for some handicapped or elderly customers. Looking forward to another visit. Next time I'll try the chicken ranch wrap!

We hosted our Mom’s 65th birthday party at The RAD House this weekend and had THE BEST time! Josh and his crew could not have been any more accommodating. From shutting down the restaurant for our party, to helping decorate the space, to making the most delicious cocktails and food, we could not have asked for a better venue (especially since one of the party planners was working with Josh from Chicago)! The restaurant’s location right in La Plata is another perk. Hands down, The RAD House is our new favorite spot and we will see you soon!

Some friends and I went to the Rad house over the weekend for , great food , drinks and football. The cook came out and gave us some of his fav dishes , it did not disappoint !! Wow ! Food , drinks and staff was amazing! The cook was on time with the wings , shrimp n grits 🤩

A gem hidden in an unassuming southern md strip mall! This is the only place I've found slinging craft cocktails in the area and they are fantastic and creative! The food all came out hot and fresh and everything was delicious- the crab cakes and wings were my favorite but their flatbreads were awesome too (not feedback I usually give on flatbreads). They were super busy and understaffed, but the server and bartender were both pleasant and checked on us as they were able. The only downside: DC drink prices in La Plata. A sign of the times, I suppose, but still worth it for a great experience.

The food and crafted cocktails keep me coming back again and again - especially the cocktails! The craftsmen are great and the vibe is wonderful.
The food menu has limited, small plate options - very appropriate for a small venue. I LOVE the scallops ( they're so large!), the Rad wings, and the Margherita pizza!

Grabbed lunch on a Saturday. The bartender was welcoming and gave us a great summary of the favorites ok the menus. The cocktails we ordered were delicious (Rad AF and Berries Alive), and the food was fantastic as well (bacon wrapped scallops, wings with rad sauce, and tri-tip steak skewers). Great service, relaxed atmosphere, great menu.
