Ordered two blueberry Bliss smoothies with 40 g of protein added to each one when the girl in the ring me up I gave her $23 it was $22 and some change. She just kept my change and I had to ask if she was gonna give me my change and then kinda just plop the change in my hand like did he just asked for his change? Then made too much of the smoothie had at least a third of a blender left of smoothie so I’m pretty sure I got robbed out of my protein dietary needs for the day. also shows that I got three items. I only ordered two drinks so wondering if I got overcharged for a drink also and never received it.

I have not ordered any food so I will pass on rating the food but the surface and atmosphere were second to none. The personnel were courteous and friendly!!

Laplata tropical smoothie is the worse tropical smoothies ever. The manager didn’t prepare our smoothie correctly and got an attitude with us when we questioned why it was a different color from what we’ve been buying for years. We figured she must have missed a step or didn’t add something we paid for. We understand people have a bad day but every time we go to this location they have to make it again. We go to this location because it’s close to where we live but because we seem to have a bad experience at this location we will just choose to go to another location that gets it right. This sound like a training issue to me. What ever the problem is it needs to be resolved so customers can have a good experience when they come to this location.

I love the freshness, in order here at least three times a week, the only overarching problem that I have at this place is that you can walk in, and stand in line, and pay for your order, and then they will proceed with making 10 DoorDash orders before they finish a single customers order who is standing right in front of them behind the clear glass. It took me 15 minutes to get a single smoothie and I was the only one in line! Again, the facility itself is clean, and the food is fresh when you eventually get it

The employees act like I didn't exist, standing at the counter waiting, and the white lady seeing me and the white dude came after and went straight to ask him what he wanted to order. Respectable employees would ask who's next or who was here first, but that didn't happen, but I let them know in a nice way about their actions, then the black workers tried to help after I voiced my words. Customer service needs to be better, 99% chance I won't be returning to this location.

The lady who helped me is very nice and prepared an order how it should be exactly on the menu .I definitely recommended this location in La Plata MD.

My Nutella bowl was bomb.
Fruit was fresh. Did not skimp me on the fruit, toppings and Nutella. Consistency of the açaí was still good after driving 17 mins home. I ordered through mobile, and recommend you do too to save yourself from waiting.

Smoothie taste like sugar water and rude worker.

I am very disappointed in this place. Even though I normally enjoy the food I had A very bad experience today. My delivery order was missing my food and when I called the store to see if I can pick it up the lady was very rude to me. She tried to blame it on the delivery person and not own their mistake. She wouldn’t let me come pick it up said I had to go through app or have uber eats guy do it which they won’t. Her attitude was horrible and all I wanted was my food I paid for. I will Never come to this location ever again. This person should not be in customer service. Now I have no dinner because I can’t drive without a driver and wasted my money.

The staff has always been nice, but the fresh fruit is always mushy and gross.

My husband and I got smoothies yesterday and he got chunks of blue rubber or silicone in his drink. I called and they said they have no clue what it could have been from. They offered a refund if we went back but we didn’t have time. Once we got home strained the rest of his drink and found a big chunk of it. How did they not know something that big fell into the blender nor did they see any of the chunks when pouring it in the cup! The photos are just a small portion of the chunks in it!
