I was given a visa gift card for Christmas. Went to treat myself to pizza tonight and really got screwed over. They ran the gift card, took all the money off the gift card, and said it was declined so basically “tough luck”. I am standing here with the website pulled up that shows this place just took the money off the card and the employee says “well it’s not showing on my end so 🤷🏼♀️”. I figured I can dispute it on Monday but for now I will just pay for my food…again. Sorry but their tap to pay isn’t working either. So they took $50 and I got nothing. What awesome customer service.

My family and I have ordered from Vocelli for 3 years never had an issue with our food. The last 3 orders we have received have not been up to par. Tonight 11/11/25 I get an order and I was shocked to see how awful everything looked. Everything was cold and tasted terrible. After tonight I don’t think we can order here again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I sat at the counter and no one there to greet me. but there was a worker (if you want to call him one) sitting in the dining area on his break playing games on his phone. Didnt say ”hi” ”someone will be right with you”…nothing! not even a glance up. It has gone DOWNHILL. And yes I’m writing this review while sitting in my car.

Horrible customer service. There was a hole in the pizza and they told me to contact doordash.
Was in the mood for some pizza and decided to give this place a shot I’m a huge pizza lover so I was excited to give this place a shot. My family and I ordered the Meat Magnífico pizza and it looked good but the meat felt over cooked, but it was still an alright pie, overall. The next thing we ordered were these garlic Vocelli Rolls which on a scale 1 to 10 I’d probably give it a a 7.8, cause they were good but I didn’t feel like they were cooked all the way through, also the cheese which was also on them felt they it was too much. Lastly we also got an order of wings and they were dry, hardly any sauce on them, and there was no flavor to them, so I was not happy with those at all. 50-50 if I’ll give this place another shot, but if I do hopefully I’ll have a better review of this place.
