Nothing is stocked, place is a mess, food takes forever, terrible food handling practices, manager making excuses and a bucket full of feeling unwelcome. I had a gut wrenching feeling after that visit.

Ordered in store for take out on Friday night at approximately 8pm. Very straightforward order- 2x meals no modifications. There were a handful of people dining in, the restaurant was not at all busy, considering it was a Friday night - there were a couple of door dash orders but as someone with restaurant experience, I would not at all consider it busy. What appeared to be the manager took our order and gave us our cups to fill our drinks. There were no lids or straws at the soda counter & what was there was very messy. We had to ask for straws and lids at the counter and were treated like an inconvenience. The sauce station beside the soda counter was filthy. The person who took our order was handling cash and register orders and walked back to the fry station to package French fries without washing their hands. We had to wait 30 mins for our food. I would not recommend a visit to this Arby's if you value cleanliness and good service.

Went there around 7pm tonight. They were pretty busy, but nothing too crazy. Ordered a roast beef meal and chicken nuggets. When I went to get my soda, there was a huge spill on the ground in front of the sods machine. I went to get a lid and the rack was nearly empty and messy. After waiting twelve minutes, my food was ready. I watched it being removed from a bag and put on a tray, as I had ordered for dine in. I asked one of the workers what a standard ticket time is, and was told no more than five minutes, so the 12 I had to wait was quite confusing. THEN my fries weren't even full and the food was barely warm. I was basically dismissed, except for being offered a turnover for my troubles.

Horrible service and most likely will not be returning.

My food was ok, the service was not great but they made it to me with a free meal. They were very apologetic. Since I'm not from the area, I blessed the older woman who just came in with it.

I've been an avid Arby's costumer for years. This Arby's was nasty, filthy lobby and sicken bathroom. The trash cans were full and the food was nasty. The evening shift manager probably didn't care. I was appalled. Before I sat at the table of choice, it wasn't even clean along with the seats. I looked around and there wasn't any clean tables available. I was going to the get something to wipe the table but then I saw a small bucket of water and a rag. I thought to myself, what on heavens name?
So, I decided to go to the counter while my husband was waiting for our food and ask.
"Are you under staff that the lobby can't be clean? Then I walked away. Well, as I turned away, a couple of girls said, "if she wants, she can cleaned it herself." Oh, when my husband came to the table and told what he heard and what was said. I was heated but, I chose not to retaliated. I suppose, the manager of that Arby's doesn't care for their customers. I'll never go there again.
