I'm in wheel chair, hostess found a table and removed chair so I was able to put wheel chair up to the table. Our hostess was very nice. One of the nicest lady.When leaving to pay our bill n receiving our Easter dinners to go even the manager came out and spoke to us about our dinners. The boxes put on a cart n delivered to our van. 100% happy with Bob Evans.

I was very disappointed that they did away with the beef vegetable soup. That's why I mainly stopped. It was the best! Settled for the potato soup. It was ok however it was more of a cheese soup than potato soup.

Waited to be seated,the Young lady doing the Cash register was also the seater,and cleaned the tables. We waited for 10 minutes to be seated..by the ice machine..we asked for another seat..the place was nearly empty..we had to go wait for them to decide who's table we were going to. We Left and went to Denny's and had a wonderful meal.. Very let down by Bob Evans we won't be going back

2nd time there and it was awful. Under-staffed, my veggies in my omelette were supposed to be sauted but we're not. Fruit cup only consisted of ? and yes they were still on the vine with a couple slices of cantaloupe.

Had some meals that were pretty good. Some not so great. This last time, my wife and I went for breakfast. For the most part, it was pretty good. However, my pancakes were undercooked. How do you screw up pancakes? When I told the front desk, as I was checking out, all I got was a "sorry". I mean, I didn't have big expectations, but it was kind of snarky.
Please eat elsewhere as this is not the same restaurant as it was decades ago. I decided to try the restaurant once again and ordered take out for the new Fish Fry Platter and it was inedible. The breading on the fish was full of grease and soggy. The French fries were soggy and inedible as well. The only thing that was fine were the Cole slaw and rolls because they were package separate. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this restaurant anymore as it has disappointed time and time again.
