I loved the place at first, but I’ve seen too many bad things here to keep going. They close well before the posted time and there are food safety issues.

Attempted to go to this checkers because their sign says they are open from 10am-11pm. However at 10:47 I pulled up to the order screen and the person working came out and said they were closed and when asked why the sign says they're open until 11 his response was that he has to sweep up. He refused us service even though he should serve up until 11 as shown on their sign. Won't go back just based on that. That is bad business and clearly from your other reviews the people working here dont know how to prepare food so good luck staying open.

Originally i was upset you couldn't order the chicken bites by them selves instead of being bundled with the fries but now its even worse and the only option is the combo meal, you are forcing people to spend more money and thats really disappointing..

Food was pretty mid. Burger tasted like Wendy's minus the square patty. Fries were pretty good though

The manager is the lavale restaurant is ignorant, disrespectful and mean to customers. Will never go back! I will gladly take my money down the road!

Was excited at first to get a checkers locally. That faded quickly. Waited a few weeks to go since I understand at first it would be packed and takes time to work the kinks out. Was VERY disappointed. They don’t accept coupons, the food was nasty! Mystery meat burger and greasy old fries. We also got the fish sandwich and it was just as bad. The food is way over priced for microwaved ingredients. The staff is not too friendly, and I noticed only 2 locals employed there. I was really hoping being a new business that this would create jobs, but it seems they just invited their own family instead of helping the locals. Also it might be a good idea to park your obnoxious orange hummer and Tesla elsewhere since there is limited parking for paying customers.
Update: I’ve noticed a bunch of fake Positive reviews from what I would believe to be the staff and owner. It’s quite obvious. You’re not fooling us. This place is the last place you should go in town.

Love the food here. In times of high prices, this place is a gem for affordable fast food. No refills policy is a little weird but the place is newer & clean. Drive-thru was a quick pickup for my online order.

I live less than a mile away, and when they have deals online, I walk in. The food is solid better than most fast food and I honestly don’t understand why people trash this place. The fries? They’re fine. Some folks call them dry or old, but that’s fast food for you. Expecting five-star quality from a drive-thru is just ridiculous.
Let’s be real people love to act like food critics when it comes to fast food chains, but if you’re expecting gourmet service and presentation, you're in the wrong place. And frankly, a lot of the negative reviews are clearly racially motivated. If race is your issue, take it somewhere else.
I’ve been to Burger King plenty of times, had the Whopper more times than I can count, and still left hungry. But with the triple Big Buford? I actually feel full. I’m glad this place came to our area, and it’s pathetic that people complain over nonsense.
I’ll keep going, and I couldn’t care less what the reviews say. Some of you need to get over yourselves.
PS: I'm 15 years old if I can see this it should easy for others to see. GROW UP!!

Decent food but needs a kids menu. When asked I was smartly replied with “ the chicken box” and that was when we turned around walked out and will not return unless there is a kids menu and better employees. Not every kid wants chicken tenders. It’s not difficult to make a simple burger on the kids menu.
