Made a reservation for a party of 16. We were at the restaurant for 2 hours before getting our meals and 3 hours by the time we got the bill. Very slow service.

First time at Ruby for my college graduation. The salad bar was great, I cycled there 2x. The place was fairly empty, which I was happy for since I felt it would be easier customer service. Boy was I wrong! It took an awfully long time to get our food. I was informed that the food was delivered to another table and therefore the food was remade. Ofc no tip was given bc it wasn’t deserved. Food was good though!
