I got the New York Strip steak with a Sweet Potato and Broccoli. I added cheese on the broccoli. The cheese was a mistake. I don't know what it was... but, it wasn't very good. The sweet potato was good. I'd order that, again. My New York Strip steak was very good and was cooked to a perfect Medium, which is what I ordered. BBQ is my comfort food, so I tried the brisket with a sweet potato and side salad. It was very tender and the sauce was tasty. I wouldn't say it's as good as actual Texas brisket, but pretty alright for a Western MD attempt....
