“They don’t have a Veterans Discount every day like they used to it’s now only on Wednesday. There’s not even a post around here. Very confused why this was changed. Why do AAA members still get it everyday but those who serve the country get one day of the week on a day highly unlikely to see a veteran in the restaurant. Also, there is a lack of vegetable side options. Why? There is only 2. Whose idea was this?? It’s ridiculous! Why is there no longer zucchini? Why aren’t there green beans, Lima beans, carrots, or stewed tomatoes??? Just saying.“

“I got the New York Strip steak with a Sweet Potato and Broccoli. I added cheese on the broccoli. The cheese was a mistake. I don't know what it was... but, it wasn't very good. The sweet potato was good. I'd order that, again. My New York Strip steak was very good and was cooked to a perfect Medium, which is what I ordered. However, another individual in our party ordered the Beef Tips. When his order came, he complained that there were very few tips. About only 5 would be my guess. In a separate bowl were the mushrooms. There were 2 or 3 times as much mushrooms than beef tips. The bowl was nearly over flowing with mushrooms. It look like the mushrooms were the main course of the beef tips meal. The third member of our party didn't have complaints or praises, either way, about the food.

Our waiter was no where near what I've grown to expect in waiters and waitresses. He refilled the other two people's coffee, but never once asked if I wanted a refill on my lemonade. He was always rushed, abrupt and curt in his service. The service could be a lot better.

The atmosphere and esthetics of the place were Western and Texas like. I really enjoyed the looks of the place.“

“With 5 kids at home my wife and I desperately needed an evening out. Thanks to Google we found you guys and made the 45 min drive. “Worth it” is an understatement! We absolutely loved the live music in the tasting room and enjoyed some of the best food we have ever had. “Was looking for a takeaway sandwich to eat at the hotel after a long day. Hotel clerk suggested Uncle Jack's. I ordered a hot steak sub with chips by phone, walked to the place (15 mins), my food was ready, and still warm when I returned to my hotel. It was very good. “Was in town to photograph 1309 and stopped at Kline's for lunch. The parking lot was nearly full so I took that as a good sign. Ordered the roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes. Food arrived very quickly; it was hot and tasted very good. Server was very friendly.“

“My boyfriend and I went to eat the ENT burgers and after two years of hearing about this maple fest of a burger, I was pretty excited. I was initially nervous because we hadn’t called ahead for a reservation but thankfully they sat us anyway.. even if it was right next to the swinging kitchen door. The wine was typically priced and admittedly delicious but in typical fancy restaurant style, there was barely any wine in the glass. They didn’t have thousand island dressing for my salad but when it came time for the ENT burger, it made it all worth it. This is the best burger I’ve ever had. I don’t like onions and have never willingly eaten them in my life but boy am I glad I did. Just WOW. The maple flavor in the beautifully caramelized onions was to die for! So sweet but not overwhelming and the burger was cooked to perfection. They even had a gluten free bun for me!! The burger saved the trip. Very very glad we went.“

“GREAT FOOD! Wonderful staff! My daughter and I treat ourselves to Jins every once in a while and we almost always have the pleasure of having Maggie wait on us. She's a hard worker very thorough, polite and professional. Recently we placed an order for pickup, we were latwr getting there than we thought and it was getting close to closing time and she called us and asked where we lived bc she was going to make us fresh food and have it delivered to us instead of us having to come in. But she was nice enough to wait for us to get there and have a delicious dinner. She always goes above and beyond! I definitely recommend Jins! Plus their sushi is AMAZING!!“

The atmosphere is great because there’s indoor seating or outdoor seating and it’s right along the canal in the historic District. The food is very good because there are lots of seafood selections, but also lots of selections for land lubbers too. My ol’ lady loves the crab dip.“

So long story short, me getting dominoes started an electrical fire.
