our table was very sticky and obviously not cleaned often, the food tasted fine, but i saw one of the employees handling the chicken nuggets with their bare hands which makes me concerned with the food safety. 9 out of 15

3 times now ive ordered from their mobile app to this store and all 3 times they swear they dont have an order for me. They made sure they took the money outta my account but yet don't have an order for me. This place is a joke and the employees need to be restrained and a attitude adjustment done because they are all very unprofessional about things. I even showed them my app where I ordered my food and they still swear there was no order placed.

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. On two different occasions I ordered drive thru and waited over 15 minutes on my food. Both times I had to enter the store and ask for my money back because I never did receive my food. Both times it was because they forgot about me and still did not have my food ready after the 15 minute wait.

I would normally be understanding about understaffing, lunch rushes, and much more. I used to work fast food. However, I shouldn’t be stuck in the drive through like for half an hour….and counting. I’m not blaming the workers, I’m blaming the people who don’t support these workers. They need more help. You’re in a high traffic location you need to put more people on your schedules

Everyone that works at this Wendy’s has been very lovely to chat with! Orders always come out decently fast and I know I’ve gone in a few times to just get a medium fountain drink and hang out and they haven’t minded at all.

I love Wendy's food and I have never had a bad experience with their food. I went through the drive thru today and when I got home and sat down to eat I had to pick off all of the lettuce from my chicken wrap before I could eat it. The lettuce was all withered, dark green, brown and slimy. It should have never been served. Very disappointing.
