Wow! What a find! I actually haven’t eaten at a TB in decades. My kids were begging for TB, I relented and must confess I was very impressed with this TB location. We did the drive thru. It was very quick. And I had a VERY complicated order - not knowing the difference between a chalupa/burrito! They were patient and efficient. We had over a $50 order with customized items and they got the order perfect! I peeked at the floor thru drive thru window and place was spotlessly clean! Very courteous workers. Way to go PG Taco Bell!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Cantina Taco with Extra Chicken. The attached photo will explain it all. Chicken was old, dry and tough. I also was shorted a chips and cheese from my order. I should've checked my bag, tho. That's on me because I know it's difficult to complete a simple order of 3 tacos and chips. That's a whole 4 items and that's mind blowing. This isn't my first incident with this location...but I'm almost sure it's my last.

Ordered 4 veggie Mexican pizzas and 2 bean and cheese burritos thru Door Dash today (03/22/20). I dont know who prepped my order but....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!They FINALLY got it right.We were pleasantly surprised due to the fact...Normally our food arrives looking like someone had a food fight and just threw our order in the to go bag BUT not this time.Everything was neatly packaged and I do mean everything! The food looked amazing and tasted fresh. Whoever packed up this order even included plenty of napkins, hot sauce and didnt foget the sporks.Great Job! Keep up the great work!?Vegetarian options: Menu items can be adjusted according to your needs.

Horrible service and attitude, waited 20 mins for someone to come to the counter and when someone finally did they just asked if I was picking up, and then just left, didn’t even bother to ask if I needed help.

DONT EAT HERE YOU WILL BE SICK!!! Food is GROSS AND I HAD HAIR IN MY FOOD ? Also have to spend $2.00 to use the bathroom what a complete joke! Sir I have on $200 purse do I look homeless!! HE WAS TOLD BUY HIS MANAGER TO TELL CUSTOMERS TO MAKE A PURCHASE or no bathroom door code !!! Really freaking sad !!!! You have been WARNED !!! If you have to pee like me driving from va sorry you gotta spend at least $2 since those Cinnabons was cheapest thing literally on menu!!

This is my favorite taco bell location. Prior to the "veggie" menu I always had to customize and even now I leave off dairy and they always get my order correct. I'm not sure why all the complaints about customer service, they have always been very nice when I order from this location.

I don't like the fact that they give you too , and I don't like that we have to waste the sauce because they gave us too much sauce can you please reduce of your sauce if you put a certain much of sauce pack that you want can we just get that much because we keep on getting too much even when I put just two sauce packets thank you. Take care. I like the restaurant in all there there's nice people over there that work there and yeah so thank you very much much. Can you fix this issue? and this is my proof that they give up they give too much sauce packets.

Very Nasty customer service and horribble food.The manager is very unprofessional and the employees are rude becareful what you eat and where you eat is very important, spending your money here iis the worst thing you can do and the cooperate of need to check on the service here.

This has ro be the slowest drive thru ever. It took 10 minutes before I could even place my order. I couldn't even back out the drive thru and go in because cars were behind me. Customer service also bad. When I'm ordering don't rush me asking me if I'm ready or is that it. That's rude. The food was fine. Just need better Customer service.

This place is flat out horrible if I could've given no stars I would've. I placed an order at 11:45pm and didn't hear back until 3:08 that my order was canceled thru uber eats. I wouldn't recommend ordering nothing from this location at all. The communication between them & uber suck bad. They offered me $5 for my trouble...I spent over $30+ for a group of us.

Please check your food when you bite into it. I purchased a veggie Crunchwrap through the Taco Bell app. Upon my surprise when I bit into my crunch wrap, the longest piece of hair I had ever seen was wrapped up in my food. I was livid and went straight to the manager. Mind you I had braids in my hair at the time, so there was no possible way it could be my hair. When I showed it to the manager, tmanager stated his employees couldn’t have done it because they said it wasn’t them. I asked for a refund and the manager said “I can’t refund you because it was an app order”. Also the manager stated “It was only $7.00”. Meaning because I only spent $7.00 finding hair in my food a refund or my reaction was necessary. I had then remake my food but ended up trashing it due to their reaction I didn’t trust it. I called the corporate office and the automated system kept hanging up on me. I had to go through Twitter to speak to someone and finally get a refund. This place needs to be shut down immediately!
