This place is not for me. I know A LOT of people who like the sandwiches here but I just prefer something else. Staff was friendly and cared when I said it was my first time. They let me take my time and made suggestions without irritation. Even as I am writing this I have raised the stars from 2 to 4. I thought food was just okay but you may not. Please try it for yourself.

I had to back away from Jersey Mike in 2020, I didn't like the customer service. Took me 4 years to come back again. This time around it was better. The customer service was better, the appearance of the store was better, and I really liked the atmosphere. I say give it a shot because you might be missing out on something.
