I order from this place about 1-2 times a week since they have opened. The ONE time I order from the wrong location (theirs instead of Richie Station) and request a refund, they don’t issue it.

The manager at this place is the rudest, most ignorant man I wanted to ask for his name and would not give it to me! And i had already put a complaint about him. Uf you order on the app and it was not the right location. The manager will give you the biggest attitude and disrespect and WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND! He said he will give a refund for the smoothies but not the food but i wasn’t going to come. Then he said to come tomorrow the next day and get the food. HOW STUPID...read full review
