Worst customer service ever orders never ready when you do a mobile order staff act like you are bothering them and will ignore you while they on the cell phones and laughing and talking to each other management really needs to get better employees who wanna work food is never fresh always cold and taste old

If I can give it zero stars I would. I bought fries yesterday from here you could literally smell the old grease used …CHANGE THE GREASE!!!

This location almost never has crispy chicken ready to go & is almost always out of something. They have a horrible habit of wanting you to either back up off their sensor or to sit & wait in the parking lot for your food so their times look good. I'm telling you right now, if you ask me to do either then you better throw in free food, drinks or chicken because their issues doing this started wayyyyy before COVID lockdowns & they have never gotten better with their service times. Their food is standard KFC level food so they get 5 stars for that, but service they don't even deserve a zero. If someone from corporate sees this just know that it didn't start with the current management, but it better end with the current management.

I refuse to come back to this KFC due to the service. I normally have decent customer service here, but today, I'm really disappointed and will no longer come back. Instead of explaining to me the first time that the wedges weren't ready, the cashier told to pull back my vehicle. Then I felt bad because someone was behind me and I pulled up
I tried to explain that another person was behind me and the young man got an attitude. I refuse to go back to this KFC ever again! I don't tolerate disrespect.

Mann this store ALWAYS gets your order wrong I would say been going here +2yrs its ALWAYS the same issue no sauces nor do they get your order right and going inside is just as bad ! Smh !

The food was great it was hot, fresh and fast the way fast food I remembered back in the 90s they did a great job today well pleased 🍗😁

The staff was very professional and courteous. The children engaged enjoyed interacting with the manager who also helped us at the register to our food. Kudos to the manager of which I forget her name. If I was her employer I'd definitely keep her and recognize her talents.

Chicken was pretty good..always get the original chicken..8 pieces..

This was a surprise! Was here with my daughter for a Wednesday dinner and the place was super clean, the staff was very kind, and the food was great. Hats off to the management team.
