I came to this KFC and the customer service was good! Tempest made my day!

Terrible service, one of the staff members using foul language in front of customers. One customer was told, "you came at the wrong time we're busy" They never have white meat chicken available. The same staff member was telling the manager what she wasn't going to do. To top it off, another staff member had a bandage on her nose taking orders. It was only three people waiting for orders, no one in the drive thru, don't know why a customer had to wait so long and ask for his order. The worst service ever. Please get a whole new crew, one with proper training.

Placed order on the app, arrived after the stated time for pick up and first they could not find the order and then it was not even started. They did not have what I ordered so had to take substitute but the worst was having to wait 35 minutes for my order with no apology nor compensation. Mind you this was at 9 pm and there was no other customer in the lobby nor any traffic in the drive thru. Second time visiting this location and they never have the orders ready and make you wait awful times. What's the point of ordering ahead on the app. Store looked dirty and staff is terrible. Made feedback thru KFC and no response, Management does not seem to care. Been to other locations in Virginia and service is prompt and on spot. It's this location that has terrible customer service and cleanliness.

It’s horrible store they delete mess up order, take too long. Even the so called manager as bad attitude and smart mouth. And I seen a roach. Never going there again!!

The cashier on wensday july,5 at 8 pm gives a bad sevice when attending custumers or drivers ,also take his time to get órders ready

Terrible customer service and it's dirty. I was only doing door dash. Everybody needs be fired except for the order guy
