Chicken was pretty good..always get the original chicken..8 pieces..

This was a surprise! Was here with my daughter for a Wednesday dinner and the place was super clean, the staff was very kind, and the food was great. Hats off to the management team.

Well, today, 3/28/ 25 spent $43.93 on( 7 )$5 dollar boxes of chicken
Some were missing biscuits
Also brought mash potatoes bites and didn't get the gravy 😫

KFC has started a NO REFUND POLICY. The ONLY thing I would ever want is THE BONELESS HONEY BBQ WINGS or THE CHICKEN POT PIE.

They close at 9pm, not at 10pm

I stopped here on yesterday and I can't tell you that there was so much salt on the fries and chicken. Eating those fries gave me a DAYUM headache. WHY SO MUCH DAYUM SALT? YOU CAN KEEP THE SALT BUT PLEASE LEARN HOW TO SEASON FOR PEOPLE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE NO MORE DAYUM SHAME.

I purchased the $5 special 2 piece and I was asked, for $1 more that I could add a drink ... My response was ... Is the drink any size for that $1 ? Like a large ? And before the cashier could answer ... This big tall individual.. male 🐔 with dreds wrapped up in a bun loudly replied NO !!! YOU CAN'T GET A LARGE ... he was loud and embarrassing💔 .... I think the male cashier could had answered my question more respectfully IF HE WAS GIVEN A CHANCE ... I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE TO THAT HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT

I was very disappointed with the manager, who refused to give me a cup of water after telling him that I was a diabetic and dizzy from not eating. I needed water to calm myself and keep my blood pressure from going up. I had to walk back to my car to get a bottle of water to calm my dizziness until I ate. A woman in the store heard my plight and offered me some of her cranberry juice. After getting water from the trunk of my car to drink, I ate my meal and felt much better, even though I wanted to return it bcuz I couldn't get a cup of water while in distress. I like KFC's food, but I will remember this situation and never come to this particular KFC again!

Terrible service, one of the staff members using foul language in front of customers. One customer was told, "you came at the wrong time we're busy" They never have white meat chicken available. The same staff member was telling the manager what she wasn't going to do. To top it off, another staff member had a bandage on her nose taking orders. It was only three people waiting for orders, no one in the drive thru, don't know why a customer had to wait so long and ask for his order. The worst service ever. Please get a whole new crew, one with proper training.
