Mann this store ALWAYS gets your order wrong I would say been going here +2yrs its ALWAYS the same issue no sauces nor do they get your order right and going inside is just as bad ! Smh !

The staff was very professional and courteous. The children engaged enjoyed interacting with the manager who also helped us at the register to our food. Kudos to the manager of which I forget her name. If I was her employer I'd definitely keep her and recognize her talents.

I stopped here on yesterday and I can't tell you that there was so much salt on the fries and chicken. Eating those fries gave me a DAYUM headache. WHY SO MUCH DAYUM SALT? YOU CAN KEEP THE SALT BUT PLEASE LEARN HOW TO SEASON FOR PEOPLE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE NO MORE DAYUM SHAME.

I purchased the $5 special 2 piece and I was asked, for $1 more that I could add a drink ... My response was ... Is the drink any size for that $1 ? Like a large ? And before the cashier could answer ... This big tall individual.. male 🐔 with dreds wrapped up in a bun loudly replied NO !!! YOU CAN'T GET A LARGE ... he was loud and embarrassing💔 .... I think the male cashier could had answered my question more respectfully IF HE WAS GIVEN A CHANCE ... I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE TO THAT HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT

I was very disappointed with the manager, who refused to give me a cup of water after telling him that I was a diabetic and dizzy from not eating. I needed water to calm myself and keep my blood pressure from going up. I had to walk back to my car to get a bottle of water to calm my dizziness until I ate. A woman in the store heard my plight and offered me some of her cranberry juice. After getting water from the trunk of my car to drink, I ate my meal and felt much better, even though I wanted to return it bcuz I couldn't get a cup of water while in distress. I like KFC's food, but I will remember this situation and never come to this particular KFC again!
