I had not eaten Popeyes chicken in more than 15 years. I had a craving and bought some. The original recipe/seasoning is gone. I waited for hot chicken and biscuits.The chicken is salty and soggy and it smells like poop.

It was horrific and I’m done.

This location has really fallen off, ordered the honey bbq chicken sandwich with fries and mac n cheese and 6 boneless wings, I had to park to wait for the boneless wings which was fine until I waited atleast 15 mins before going inside to see what was taking so long, when I walk in there they told me they just dropped the wings in to cook.. really? Smh so irritating:: what were they doing all that time?? And the chicken sandwich was hard and small barely had any honey bbq sauce on it, they almost left my fries out as well. I will not be returning to this location.

Waited 15 minutes park request hot fresh chicken and asked for blackened ranch dressing for my added shrimp $3.99 your staff simply don't listen to your customers demands get home ready for draft night my chicken is so hard I can't even chew it your Quality and Service needs attention what happen to this place has always had good food.

The cashier who was on duty, the lady on black on 03-27-2026 around 4 to 5 is not respecting customers. I placed my order she gave me a wrong other I tried to tell her she get mad at me and at last someone else's corrected the order and the two large drinks I ordered wasn't given to me. Manager should talk to those attending to customer they should be respectful and making sure they get the right thing. The cashier who was on duty on 03/27/2026 has Bad attitude towards customers she was a lady wearing black T-shirt 😈😈😈😡😡☠️

I went there on 4/10 around 9:30 p.m. There was 1 customer leaving. There were about 5 employees. They had their backs turned to us. They were aware that 3 of us were standing there. They kept on doing whatever. The person in all black acknowledged us without any greeting, no pleasantness at all. The young lady was okay, but still there was a lack of greeting. They were out of fish and strawberry jam. There was even a brief argument amongst 2 of the employees. They all seem to have attitudes. The food was sub-par. I probably won't visit this Popeyes again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. The customer service at the drive-through was extremely rude. I went there for the Wednesday special, but the employee working didn’t even seem to know about the promotion.

When I asked about the type of meat I wanted, his response was: “I’m not going to give you what you want—you’ll get whatever is random.” That was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

If the promotion works that way, it should be clearly explained to customers. The attitude from the employee was unacceptable.

For reference, this happened on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at around 8:08 PM. Management should review the drive-through cameras and properly train the staff member who was working at that time. Customers just want good food and respectful service, not a nasty attitude.

The drive thru attendant/Manager Hosane was very professional and his customer service was stellar. He ensured my order was complete and he was attentive to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely comeback to this location. Hosane’s customer service is hard to come by these days. Thank you!

I was so turned of from fast food my last experience with other Popeyes weren’t to good but I stopped today at this Popeyes on landover rd 202 Dodge park plaza and I was blown away the best I have had in a very long time super hood and fresh my 83 year old mom said it was like it tasted bsck n her days she’s very picky and was beyond satisfied she couldn’t believe it tiday is feb 25 3026 it was around lunch time

Upon entering the restaurant I was rushing in case the crowd was going to rush in ahead of me to order that’s only because I needed to go to the bathroom so I told the person behind the counter to go ahead and take the order of the two persons behind me so I could make my run to the restroom and to my surprise the restroom was so nice and clean it made me feel good to order my food there and on top of that the food as well as the whole experience was amazing!!!❤️❤️❤️

I had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I placed an order and waited about 30 minutes for pickup. During that time, the music in the store was extremely loud, which made the environment uncomfortable.

After waiting that long, I was told to cancel my order and that they “don’t care.” That is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. No apology, no explanation, and no effort to fix the situation.

Customer service should be much better than this. I will not be coming back to this location.
