Awful experience eating there. We ate in, and the restaurant itself was extremely barebones. Like, nothing but the furnishings. No condiments, hardly any pictures or anything to make the place look nice or feel welcoming. The air coming from the vent in the women’s restroom smelled of mildew and kitty litter. Before I even talk about the quality of food (spoiler alert: it was mediocre), there’s the fact that they left off a significant part of our order and my husband had to wait for ages for them to come up with it. The side portion of fries he got was laughably small: just a few fries at the bottom of the bag. The spicy chicken tenders and mash were pretty good, but nowhere near worth the price paid for them. The only positive things I can say about the whole experience was: the chicken tenders were very big, and I liked the music they played. That’s it. We won’t be back. The pictures don’t do justice to how grim it was.

I been going to this Popeyes sometimes, and for the first time, I found hair in my food. I called them, and the manager on duty apologized and replaced my order. The ladies in there need to wear a hairnet. Before this incident, I went there a week or 2 ago, and I was at the drive-through. I tried to talk to the lady about my order. And she just closed the window on me without even saying anything. This Popeyes has gone down as far as hospitality and hygiene.

Went through drive-thru so I didn't have to go inside order my food the lady on the mic could barely speak English so I came up to the window asked to speak to the manager and repeat in my order back to her gave her the order got my order went to pull off they left two items out of my bag so I still had to go inside I'm not trying to be disrespectful to anyone or anyone's culture but you have two people one couldn't speak real good English and she's going to drive through Mike everybody is having a problem with her repeating their order to her this doesn't make any sense to me

The chicken was not tasty.... red beans and rice tasted sour. I was not pleased. Will probably not visit again. Food didn't taste fresh. I went to a different location on yesterday and the food was much tasty.Parking: Parking lot available in a shopping center style environment.

I completely understand that the holidays are right around the corner, ut if you are dealing with a customer, you should finish the order correctly with the intention to make that customer smile. I didn't smile because I was over charged, and given the wrong order. If you're such in a rush to go home then you shouldn't have worked on Christmas Eve sir. Side note: It's totally unprofessional to repeat " I'm ready to go home" in front of a customer.

Awful customer service. The website said it was open until 11. They were closed TWO HOURS before time. Never received food.

I was a walking customer, third in line. It took, seemingly a long time to do my order. Once ordered, I took a seat and waited. After a while, I noticed, customers after me, were receiving their food. I questioned the counter and was told they'd be right with me. After, a little while longer, I was handed my order. As I looked it over, everything was cold and I took it back. I got a new order and looked at it again. It turned out that they gave me the wrong order. I just took it and left. I gave up on getting what I ordered after two tries. But the people were friendly the entire time.

Popeyes is always slow.. Everyone that I've ever gone into. but the food is delicious and the chicken is crispy and hot. I don't like dried out chicken and their apple pies are delicious as well. Their customer service is also good, but they slow.

We came here and it was terrible!! Only one person at the cash register. The line got really long few minutes after we ordered and still one person at the register. Meanwhile, the other employees just around and management is in the back loud chatting with other employees. Finally , management comes and help just for there to be one person at the register.The icing to it all we finally get our order. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag mind you the lady who took our order was the same lady who gave us our order. Fine, cool. I still go to stand on the side to ask for utensils, napkins and condiments. After, standing for a few minutes I reach out to an employee in the front of the cashier area for help he tells me he could help but someone will help me ........ I said okay. Few seconds later management stood right next to him . He says absolutely nothing about my concerns. At that point, I decided to just leave upset and disappointed in how terrible the customer service and hospitality in that environment and team.
