These wings are starting to get out of hand as far as being large. My lunch is usually old. I placed several orders before getting to this point and was hoping after respectful criticism that they would serve fresh food but the chicken is just nasty. Throwing sauce on nasty chicken just does not help. Halal meat please and real Halal meat. Please stop serving your community old large food.

I ordered the family fish (5 piece) that clearly states it comes with fries and a drink they refused to give me that. I showed them the listing and they didn't care. Scammer Behavior! They even had the audacity to ping the app saying the order was ready & I ended up waiting 20 minutes after being told it'd only be 2. Save your time and money and don't order here

I went to go pick up and see my food sitting there and instead of assisting me, greeting me or anything the guy made me wait while he finished a PERSONAL call on his cell phone. It didn’t even look emergent based off his demeanor. Just had me wait like he wasn’t at work so he can be on the phone….I would never recommend anyone go to a place with such blatant terrible customer service

Ordered a 2 piece whiting combo and it was severely overcooked. I had to argue with the employee to give me another order. He said he would give me another piece which was ok but he did not replace both pieces. It was ridiculous! I get to the car and the 1st piece was just like the texture of pork rinds. Poor customer service! What’s wrong with me wanting my fish to be edible? They want to take your money and then tell you that’s what you ordered. The absolute nerve!

This place used to be amazing with service and there food was on point , but since new management took over the food is bland and scarce, they stopped making there fish bowls the way they used to . I ordered catfish bowl and got only rice and one piece of fish and the when before the order came with veggies,rice , egg,& 2 pieces of fish . The floors are nasty and sticky the bathrooms are even filthier The manager is rude to his workers and customers . 12/28/2024
This was the worst American Best wing I have ever seen. For one my food was not good. The fries had a really bad aftertaste. The steak and cheese need to be removed because there was no steak on the sub for the price you pay.The sub looked like an egg roll. As I was standing to wait on my food I seen a mouse come down under the counter to the first table and then it ran back to the counter. I told the staff member and he just acted like he didn’t see it. This place need to be review by the health department for health could violation. If you eat here please look at your food immediately before leaving. I will not be visiting the American Best ever again.If I could rate it as a no star I would.
The food and service is very good! When i come here the food quality is very on point and I definitely recommend coming here with friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!

I went here because it’s close to my work and I thought it would be quick and easy. Ordered a cheesesteak with grilled onions and mayo it came with fries and a drink. I went to my car to eat before I patronized the beauty supply store a couple doors down. Immediately as I bit into the Philly I spat it out. It was terrible and the meat was gritty and chewy. I can’t even say the fries was good because I used their condiments and it gave the fries an after taste. I was so pissed off and debated for 1.5hrs on going back because the guy was really nice but the fact I had just spent $14 and still had to drive to Chick Fil A up the street because I was starving. I finally went back and expressed my grievances the guy who was once nice and accommodating became aloof. no apologies or offers to rectify so I just asked for refund. I will never be back here. Wish them the best though.
