There was an eetn occuring which required a cover charge that was not advertisd on Open Table. Despite havign a reservation, To sit on noe side of the restaurant required a $200 surcharge. We press on diespite the surprises tehn get sent to a tabe wit hbroken chairs. We are tehn given a hard tiem about getting anotehr tbe. Needlelss to say we left. I gave the food and ambience ratring based on revious visits. Very unprofessional staff.

This was my second time going there and each time the same experience. Food, calamari, heavily salted. Food was brought to table with no utensils or napkins. Asked the server for it and they said the would tell our waitress. Beer brought to table without glass. Water without straws. Marilyn needs training, completely overwhelmed and it wasn't busy. I like the music aspect of the venue but will no longer dine in, only go for drinks. Pineapple rice was not fried but boiled. Plantain were undercooked. Salmon was good. Wings were good.

We were the only two people in the dining room ordering food besides the two tables that were getting up to line dance. There was no reason for us not to see our waitress often. The tip I had chosen was the minimum; of course, she didn't mention that gratuity was already included. When gratuity is included, most hostess shows little to no excellent customer service since they will be paid regardless. Thanks for listening.

First time and my husband and I enjoyed. We celebrated our 33rd Wedding Anniversary there and was glad we did. Everything including service, meals, band, staff, and the people were amazing!

This is a 5 star restaurant! The staff is friendly and professional! Chef's kiss on the brunch with a party of 5 everyone was happy with the selections! The only that they don't offer is appetizers during brunch hours overall this was my second time dining here and I can't wait to go back!! Lastly the bar service was phenomenal, we had Erin and she was amazing! Great job Erin!! 🎉♥️

While we were unable to eat, we did partake in alcoholic beverages and they were amazing. The bartender was great and she really paid attention to detail. My only complaint was the noise level and that was to be expected as there was a live band performing. I would return.

Sobe gave us such a lovely experience! 😊 The server was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. We made reservations, which added a bit of excitement, but it turned out we had the place all to ourselves! The note about a $25 charge for cancellations did make us chuckle since the restaurant wasn't busy at all! 😄

We called the general manager on Saturday about the wait time and noise level. Our concerns were satisfied ,after talking with the GM. She came to our table to meet us. The wait time for Father's Day at 4pm was no concern. They were busy earlier. The food was OUTSTANDING!
