I arrived early for a pickup and waited over 30 minutes while many walk-in customers who arrived after me were served first. I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told to wait. When I finally asked for an update, an employee said they had to complete all in-store orders before delivery orders, even though online orders are also paying customers. I was acknowledged as being there first but still told to wait longer. This is poor organization and a complete disregard for delivery drivers’ time. I eventually had to cancel the order and leave.

Dirty establishment. messed up my order when I ordered a burger, so rotten I had to throw it up. Clearly expired. Saw bugs in the kitchen when I came to get my refund, which they refused to give me.

We enjoyed the chicken sandwiches deal, but the cashier was sarcastic and rude when I asked the question concerning adding to my order so I didn't add it to my order and I might not ever go there again
I visited this Burger King and the young lady named Latonya was very up beat and friendly. She had a very positive attitude, and customer service was outstanding! It's been a very long time since I have experienced customer in fast food like I did today. I felt as if I knew her, she made me laugh, and her co-workers laughing, as if they were family, and Latonya just being herself. If she's not manager, she should be! Great customer service!

A great burger king around! I came during the night and was surprised the drive thru was still open! It's very nice to have a quick fast bite at night after a long shift! The manager Ada was very lovely, she was super nice and I was given fresh hot food cooked to order! Worth the wait! Will be coming in the future!

my bread was burnt, the fries tasted like they were cooked in fish grease, the young lady who took my order, let us pray for this location because it definitely put a bad experience in my mouth, no bk for awhile especially this one
