This past Thursday (4/25), I went to the restaurant to use my birthday rewards to purchase a meal. Unfortunately, the link to retrieve my reward was not working. However, the cashier was nice enough to notify the manager and the manager gave me a discount after I showed him my email with the rewards information. This showed that the cashier and manager went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer services. And the meal, as always, was great!!!!
I will not return to this CAVA ever again and I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not visit this location either! First - while there, I saw one of the workers (I don’t know if she was a manager or just one of the kitchen staff) move the trash can with her ungloved hand, and then immediately refill and touch the containers of lettuce and mixed greens. I don’t know if she was planning to take the trash around the back since it was full or if she was just moving it...read full review
The Lentil Avocado bowl I just ordered from the CAVA in Woodmore Town Center in Lanham, MD looks terrible and is half full. The staff should be ashamed for selling it. The manager needs to be reprimanded. We ordered at 7:32:43pm on 6/22/2022 along with 3 crispy falafels. Where is quality control?
