Let me first say I love the food. Unfortunately, service overrides the experience. I don't typically walk away from ordering but the demeanor and body language in addition to the attitude I'm given when I enter this establishment is ridiculous. If I had the time to travel to the one near Union Station, I would just go there. I like my bowl the way I like my bowl and have no issues with paying any additional costs. The lady preparing the bowl really stood there and said no, that's all! I said I get it made this way every single time and offer to pay additional costs if need be. She stood her ground with yeah but no! Rolled her eyes and said what else do you want?! 🤨🤔Actually, nothing. I'll just head home and make my own! Their staff for the most part are rude. On a rare occasion, I do get someone polite and hospitable but 90% of the time the service is horrible. As I fore-mentioned, the food is good but they need new staff!

Service was great... Food still delicious but wayyyyy too expensive now!! They want more $$$ for EVERYTHING and get mad if you ask for extra lettuce or tomato/onions... Won't be going back... I'll learn how to make this at home!!!
