terrible customer service. young girls working in there who are unprofessional. they said “cash only,” and then said they didn’t have 48 cents to give me my change.

Will you come in the store the cashiers just woke up and look at you they did not greet you with a hello or may I help you.
I noticed this was too different male cashiers.

Otherwise I love the food the store was nice and clean atmosphere was very relaxed large spacious places to eat wheelchair accessible

Yes, Cheesesteak Charlie’s is a great place, but this one in Lanham please see the attached picture at the poor job they did and making a chicken cheesesteak. Take the time to drive to Bowie.

The franchise owner of this place is amazing! Me and my co worker came here for a late lunch and we were greeted by a nice gentleman at the door. We both didn’t know what to get and he helped us figure it out! We will definitely come back 💯

I had the pleasure of being served by the owner, Derek. He was very courteous and I got great customer service; the food was excellent and matched my expectation from the Charley’s in the Annapolis Mall, I typically go to. I also thought it was cool, there was the family aspect; his daughter works here with him, I found out while dining here.

Order online and the order was so wrong. We ordered fountain drinks, but apparently there machine was broken, so they gave us lemonades. They put our names on the sandwiches, but they were the wrong names, so I mistakenly ate the wrong sandwich before we realized. All the sandwiches were bland and missing ingredients. Overall not good

The store was dirty, the condiment stations were empty, and my wings had to be remade twice because the cashier was distracted on his phone. He read my order back to me and everything was correct, but when I received my food it was completely wrong. Never coming back to this location.
