My coworker and I visited this location on January 15, 2026. An African American young woman was preparing my coworker’s kid’s quesadilla when another employee (Hispanic, black hair, approximately 5’1”–5’3”) approached and began removing some of the chicken that had already been placed on the tortilla. She then asked what the order was, to which my coworker responded that it was a kids’ quesadilla. The second employee then proceeded to scoop off about half of the chicken that was already on the tortilla with the vegetables, stating that it was “too much,” and placed the chicken back into the hot tray.

We were appalled by this behavior. My coworker immediately stated that the chicken had already been placed on the food. Due to this highly unprofessional and unsanitary conduct, which clearly constitutes cross-contamination, we left immediately without completing the order.

My coworker’s unit frequently places large orders from this location for meetings; however, we will not be returning. This experience was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I order my food go to pay and it’s 33 dollars. So I asked why is it so much. I get the same thing atleast twice a week. She said you ordered extra protein. I said no I ordered half and half. So she goes back and fourth with me and asking the girl who made my order. Then she goes next time speak more clearly. I said maybe your worker needs to listen because I’ve never had an issue with anyone else mistaken my order and again I go atleast 2 times a week. The manager continues to be rude and says all my workers are great. Instead of simply saying sorry for the confusion because I guess her workers don’t make mistakes(but clearly did today). After saying to remake the order the correct way and them not wanting to she says enjoy your free steak. AS IF THAT WAS MY FAULT. I told them to remake it properly more than once. I will never go back to this location whoever the manager was around 3:30pm on 1/12 needs to be retrained on how to properly handle customers because sorry to break it to her but her employee messed my order up and it had nothing to do with speaking clearly. Maybe if they had enough workers everyone wouldn’t be rushing around.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. I tried many dishes from different places before, and they were all good, so I didn’t expect this experience. Unfortunately, the food I received here was uncooked, and the taste was horrible. My entire family ate it.
I didn’t check the reviews beforehand because I usually have good experiences from Chipotle but afterward I saw many negative comments saying the same thing. No one seemed to care about the quality or customer experience. I am now having stomach pain, which is very concerning. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience

The sour cream had a watery texture like it was almost soup. The corn was absolutely not fresh. You can tell that it just thought out from the freezer because i was chomping on ice while eating the veggie toppings like the corn & tomatoes but mainly in the corn. 1/10 don’t recommend

Ordered at 5:20pm and got there at 5:30pm only to be told someone came in already and picked up my order. No refund or any help from management. Had to call customer service to get a refund and basically wasted a trip.

This has got to be one of THE worst Chipotle's I've been to. The service is awful, food prep awful, and the store isn't that clean. The lines were long and the service is SLOW! Our bowls were served with frozen corn and when we went to get new bowls we were questioned and told the corn was not frozen. That lead to a back and forth with a manager about getting new bowls. Wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I don't see myself going back any time soon.

I was here minutes ago and I got to say Kari and Steven are the most hardworking people I've seen by far with smiles on their face and a great attitude. I can't stress enough how well trained these two are and I'm glad they were the ones who prepared and made my bowl. Shoutout to those two for working hard and getting things done the right way!!! Highly recommend this place and would come again!
