Horrible service. Stood in line over 15min just to watch both employees serve people walking in asking for cakes from the fridge and other items and not get in line, no acknowledgement or communication with customers in line, one of which had been there for 20 min prior to my arrival, around 8pm on a Wednesday. Do not recommend this location. Very poor customer service.

I like their ice cream. I just tried their sugar free ice cream expecting to hate it but it was great. I usually get chocolate ice cream. The cookie and cream ice cream is cool too. Enjoy with your family.

This is the best location in the area! The staff is always pleasant and professional, and the ice cream is amazing. I've been frequenting this location for years and they never disappoint.

This girl i believe her name was kenisha was very sweet she was outside taking all the orders and even tho it got very overwhelming she stayed calm and under control she was very kind and helped me with my order.

Could do better with putting the Ice Cream in reasonable sized bags. Why you’d put a waffle bowl in a bag sideways and not tell someone? No clue. The smeared Ice cream on the side of the cup and clean up was a nice touch to taking the ice cream out the bag with broken waffle bowl. Felt like a waste of time to even get.

ever since the new employment the ice cream has been so bad.I got ice cream they almost used the wrong ice cream and the wrong toppings were used i need to find a new ice cream shop this one is going down

The plastic spoons they give to customers are crap. The spoon bends when you're trying to spoon up some ice cream. For the price of the ice cream they could provide a decent spoon.

We spent $32 on caramel apples and chocolate. After eating dinner, we treated ourselves to a caramel apple and weighted chocolate from “Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory”. After chewing the KEY LIME MACADAMIA BEAR, I thought there was Caramel on my lip lingering, I pulled out a straight /ending curly small piece of hair. I IMMEDIATELY called the store and spoke with Kaylin(shift manager). She asked I take a pic and send a picture to their email. She explained the chocolates are not made in store and I could come back to replace them……
I went in the following day with my entire order in hand with the receipt and the manager, an Asian woman came out with a note(presumably from the supervisor the day before). She looked through all 3 bags to verify I brought back all the items with HAIR in them and wanted to use the same gloves to pick the replacement chocolate. Needless to say, there was no apology and left a lot of customer service to be desired. I only requested an EXCHANGE‼️

This the laziest Coldstone ever. Why when I received my ice cream there was ice cream dripping all over the cup and the workers saran wrapped my ice cream shut instead of putting it in a bigger cup. Not to mention none of my add ins were mixed in right. They are so lazy here and I will never be coming back. The worst Coldstone franchise in the area by far!

I a place to order online and to have it ready at a specific time, I had my pickup person be there on time. I get a call at the time it's supposed to be ready to let me know the flavor of ice cream I wanted was out and one of The mix ins I wanted was out, cool I asked for my replacements. I got my ice cream less than 20 minutes later with less than half of the mix-ins that I had that I already had on my order not even have my subtitutes that they called me for. I could have gone across the shopping center to Wegmans and got exactly the same thing for $5 versus $22. I have sent Cold Stone to emails through their website and I've heard nothing back so I will be disputing the charge with my bank and NEVER coming to this place again.Give your business to mom and pop ice cream parlors that appreciate it and don't try to skimp you because you aren't right there in they're face making sure you get what you paid for. RIDICULOUS!
