Our server Diva was the absolute best, very attentive and we appreciated the service she provided

The food is always good at Copper Canyon. However, the kitchen was oit of the Raimbow Trout. Also, the temperature in the patio section was very hot with the heat lamps.

Food is great. Ambiance is very nice. Service was good. But right around 930, one of the servers started vacuuming all the booths around us. It was shocking at first and quite rude. Hard to ignore because it was so loud and it wasn't even 10PM yet. We felt rushed and left shortly after. Other than that, it was good.

The rainbow trout and the salmon were both very good. The bread pudding was delicious. Our server, Amari, was excellent.

Great for a girls night out. Our server Derrick was great and attentive to us. Food was tasty and plentiful.

I dined at Copper Canyon Grille in Glenarden, my meal was delicious and I love the ambiance. I had the fiesta egg rolls as appetizer and they were really good especially with the campfire sauce. I had chicken parmesan and it was very tasty. I also had a peartini cocktail, devine!

Great food and service from start to finish. Pretty busy Saturday afternoon. A lot of large parties so don't coming looking for a quiet dinner.

Food was very good, service was excellent and the atmosphere lively but comfortable! Will be back! Soon!

Overall vibe and staff was phenomenal, greeting, etc.; however, our waitress was scarce. Service declined further when she told us we would have a new server, it appeared she was preparing to leave for the day. Instead of closing out with us first, we saw her sweeping the floor right next to us, meanwhile, a new server had not come to our table so we were asking for help from any random staff member, including her, that came past our table. Our food got cold while we waited on waiting condiments and the whole experience was less than satisfactory. The salmon salad and steak frite were good, but the ribs were dry and lukewarm.

Cooper Canyon is always a great choice for lunch or dinner. Great food, drinks and service.

Whenever I go to Coper Canyon & Grill restaurant, I always have great service. The ambiance is intimate and subtle with its lighting. The food was delicious and my waiter was attentive to our needs.

Son, grandson and I took husband-dad-Poppy to dinner celebrating his recovery from triple bypass heart surgery one month ago. I'm so gland I made a reservation as waiting for seating was an hour.

Food is nasty now. Not sure why they changed the recipes.

All of our dishes were delicious..
I think its a bit to dark in the restaurant outside of that, it was very pleasant. Our waitress was very attentive and we didn't have to wait very long to get our food once we ordered.
