I love Crumbl Cookies and cakes, the staff here don’t always greet, but I’ve never had an issue with disrespect, the problem I have is with the products, I’m not for sure why I was told that Bowie Biscoff Pie was a secret recipe, because it wasn’t, that’s why they had the cookie in there’s. But Lanham don’t put the cookie in there’s, but when you look at the picture the cookie is in fact in the pie. I don’t know what’s happening here, but can someone fix whatever it is. I did have an issue with my first Biscoff and I took it back in, and the young lady exchanged for me, there’s a young lady who is so professional and she keeps calm, I don’t know her name, but the next time I go, I’m going to get it. She’s the same every time I see her. And it’s not the one who gave me the other Biscoff.
