They close at 9pm. i went through drive thru at 8pm and told me they didn’t have various drinks including frozen coffee they kept using the excuse they were about to close until i told the girl that it say they clone in a hour. Had a whole attitude the whole time. Looked like they were cleaning up already at 8pm.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is about the fifth or sixth time my order has been wrong at this location. Sometimes I’ve been able to go back and get it corrected, but most of the time I can’t because I’m running late or stuck in the drive-thru line. Today, I ordered and paid for avocado toast with bacon — and was given plain avocado toast with no explanation or warning. It’s frustrating to feel like I have to double-check every order when this should be simple customer service. I keep coming here because it’s close to home, but this consistent pattern is disappointing and frustrating.

Everyone acts like they are too busy to help you, and the service is as bad as the coffee. Do yourself a favor and skip this location; it’s not worth the hassle.

The afternoon staff closes early and pretend they don't have anything when there's about an hour left until closing. Takes forever for someone to take your order too. The morning staff on the other hand is always super nice and helpful.

I am not sure if the young lady in the drive thru this morning 5/1/2025 is having a bad day. I get to the window to pick up my order I present my phone to scan my QR code she did not great me I spoke and said Good morning, I received nothing. After completing my sale and returning my card I said have a good one still nothing. This is not like the drive thru workers, they are very polite and joyful when I come thru. As someone that deals with the public I understand some customers can be a rude or a bit much but never let that change your attitude towards the next one. Honestly as a manager she will not be in my drive thru if she cannot greet my customers, granted we all have a bad days but leave your personal at the door pick it up when you leave. The customers are not the cause of your issues.
Good customer service. I did a pick-up. I was in and out fast.

I was there yesterday. The employees meshed well and seemed to be having a good time together. Everyone was kind and helpful and my latte was perfect.

African/black guy that works in the afternoon is EXTREMELY rude! I’m talking EVERYTIME he’s working the afternoons just downright NASTY! Ill just drive to Riverdale for better service!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON DRIVE THRU WITH THIS GIRL WHO CANT SPEAK CLEARLY AND NOT LISTENING TO THE ORDERS. HAPPENED ON 2/26/2025 AROUND 6PM TO 7:30PM . THIS GIRL NEEDS TO BE TRAINED AGAIN BECAUSE SHE DIDNT LEARNED ANYTHING FROM HER PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. WAS SARCASTIC AND NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE. NOT RECOMMENDED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.
inconsistent when it comes to making coffee. they gave me a bitter shaken espresso taste like water and coffee, no sweetener or milk. i don’t understand how if it’s a recipe they follow.
