It’s was tough not to give 5 stars. I come to this location a lot for breakfast and coffee. The manager at this location…. 7 stars out of 5. She knows her customers and goes way above and beyond for service. The other staff can sometimes be less customer handy. As customers have to catch their attention or have to follow up just to get the mobile orders placed ahead of time. I will say that, thanks to management being so helpful, they don’t great. If she can teach her skills...

I went through the drive-thru, so keep that in mind when reading this review and my star scores.

The parking lot was clean and the building did not appear to be dilapidated in any way.

The person taking my order was friendly, understood everything I said, and repeated it back to me to confirm. They had it done very quickly and the staff giving me my order was friendly.

So the food was great, employees knew how to do their jobs really well but had a very apathetic attitude when I was ordering.

Their drive thru traps people in the parking spaces and makes the parking lot practically unusable.

Also I'm fairly sure I got charged for substituting almond milk? Which was an allergen issue. I don't think it was rang in properly, I used to be a barista and when you substitute almond milk it's not supposed...
