I got the medium firehouse hero sub sandwich and it was pretty good. Also, I loved the atmosphere but on that day it was windy outside but the atmosphere in the fast food place was pretty warm and cool inside.

Food was subpar at best. Decent flavor just couldn’t enjoy it after the customer service. Moon was the associate working; he was very short and rude. I had a drink from another establishment and asked for a straw because I forgot mine he asked me why didn’t I get it from there then made a few more comments that weren’t so nice while the rest of the staff just stared. They were about to close so clearly he wanted to go home and not do his job. Very unpleasant experience

This is my favorite Sub spot. My In laws asked my Wife about this place so I had to let them try it out. I ordered 4 Subs everyone was very satisfied with the quality of subs. The service is excellent and workers are genuine. Keep up the good work… This is my go to spot for subs…
I visited to take advantage of my T-Mobile Tuesday offer. First, the app that I am forced to order on apparently had glitches as my order was incomplete due to an error. So, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes despite having placed my order in advance. This was apparently a wide spread occurrence as I observed other patrons experiencing the same inconvenience. To add insult to injury a staff member, very audibly commented that he would call out of work for the entire week at the next T-Mobile Tuesday offer. The dining room could have used some tidying up. At least my soup was hot. The only other positive was the manager's amenability and friendliness. That gentleman was this place's saving grace. A far cry from the much more pleasant experience I had at a Virginia location recently.

Ate at Firehouse subs today and basically received bread, veggies, 1/3 the meat as normal and italian dressing. I had to add meat from my house to eat all the bread. I understand inflation but wow. Will not boing back.

James has amazing customer service. I picked up the sandwiches/subs and he was patient, separated the sandwiches for me, and ensured everything was good. The ambiance is the same as other firehouse subs.

My friend got a water before me. Then I asked for a water they say water is only for paying customers. My other friend decided to pay did they give him a water cup nope. Then my friend went to ask for a water cup they said the first friend got it because they were the 50th customer then my friend said your lying and they said and yes we are then she said what if I faint and they said it’s not my problem

It was horrible I only asked for a cup of water then they said no. And when I said that my friend got one before they said that they count the number of people that get free water. I told them that what happens if I faint and they said that it's not their problem if I do. NEVER AGAIN. DONT GO HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE LILE SUBWAY THAT DOESNT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.
