I placed an order and the young lady got it wrong. I requested to have fresh french fries with my order once the sandwich was redone. She tried to argue me down and force me to take what had been prepared. She told me 15 minutes the food would be done. After 10 minutes I went back in. She saw me and said nothing. 5 more minutes and the cooks all walked by looking at me. She then goes to the back to put my order in to redo it correctly. She claims they were on a break and she was sorry, when it was in fact petty and childish because I requested to have freshly prepared fries when the order was redone. Smh

I came to take the orders in 10 minutes in this restaurant. There are only 2 pieces of food on the menu. In another restaurant, they give it in 10 minutes and make me wait for an additional 20 minutes. I ask why this is the case for 30 minutes in total. He says, "If you don't want a single answer", they tell me to cancel. As far as I understand, these are for the customer and the business. They don't need it, we already have plenty of money, they say buy it if you want, don't buy it if you want, don't wait, that is, they have no respect for the customers, and I want it to be known that they have no respect for those who order food here and wait... Okay, I'll wait, but why are they making you wait longer than necessary...????They want us to cancel the drivers who come here without considering how long they spend on gasoline. These cars do not run on water, and even if they do run on water, 05 liter of water costs one and a half dollars.

They advertise as selling American Chinese food, so they're transparent. The food is ok I've had authentic Chinese food this isn't it. But if you're hungry it'll do. The food is freshly made and is not bad. Honestly the Chinese food all taste the same from restaurant to restaurant. I go there every so often so I would still recommend it.
Beef and broccoli, was trash. Didn't taste like it and beef was too chewy.

The entire staff preparing food (Chefs) & the people taking phone & walk-in orders were pleasant, friendly, courteous & professional. I have been going to Goodies for many years now & have always been pleased with their food & service. They have a very extensive menu and strive to please their customers because everything I've ever ordered there has been excellent; fresh & cooked to perfection! All I can say is "Well Done".

It's almost like they have a listening issue. I've been a loyal customer for YEARS and recently my order has been wrong the last 3 times I've ordered. Not sure if they have a new cook or new staff or if it's on purpose at this point but I don't think I'll be ordering here anymore. It sucks because they used to be so good.
