I went to this club tonight with my family. We had a good night, HOWEVER the way the establishment is ran is hectic and has way too much going on and not enough time to get everything served in a timely manner. My mom paid her bill and there was an extra meal on her bill and they would not compensate her for that. The comedians were decent but I will not be back. The drinks were ok but they weren’t consistent one drink was good while the other I believe was a cup of juice. Now I would not order food at all. The food was nasty my chicken wings was not throughly cooked I believe from them trying to rush things. The Drinks and food are billed separately and gratuity is added individually to the drink bill and the food bill.

Go for the shows NOT for the food. Eat before arriving because the service is THE WORST. The day I visited, they didn't have a lot of the menu items...No tacos, No this, no that...I ordered wings and then the waitress asked if we wanted ranch or blue cheese with the wings...My friend asked for blue cheese only to be told that they were all out of blue cheese. Why did they ask us which one if they were out ((insert confused face here)). The two drink minimum is a bit ridiculous if the servers don't make it to your table until 40 minutes into the show. NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT
Drinks are great!! Love coming on Saturday night
My family came into town to visit and my cousin took us out to the comedy club . We had a great time and enjoyed the snow and the drinks were to die for well worth the money.
Love this place. Comedy, food and drinks are great and it's close to home. I've been several times
Needs improvement in food quality & wait times …staff was friendly but show was subpar
Great time. Went on stage but only lasted 5 minutes. It'd been awhile. The host knew the guy that got me to do open mics so I'm grateful for the chance. I'm coming back
I love this place - I’ve been twice each Time was funny headliner and MC can’t wait to go back
Friendly and efficient staff. Charged atmosphere.....We laughed a lot. I plan to have a party there soon

Comedy show was good. We laughed. The decor is nice and simple. Like the black and white portraits all around the room and black decor with white bar. Food left a lot to be desired that is reason for rating. They didn't have at least 3 things from off their menu. We would go back.
I waited almost a week to write this review because I didn’t want it to be impulsive. But here I am, still disappointed with my experience at this place.
As a small business owner myself, I tried really hard to give benefit of doubt but House of Comedy continued to fail.
I attended an event being held there on a Thursday evening. I met a couple of girlfriends and we planned to have drinks and dinner and enjoy our evening. When you first walk in it smelled like sewage.
We arrived at 6:00, ordered drinks almost immediately and actually paid $100 to sit on the couches. You’d think our service would be VIP-like. We received our two alcoholic beverages at 6:35. A gin and tonic with a splash of juice and a lemon drop. The gin and tonic had no juice and the lemon drop had no lemon. Both drinks looked identical, clear.
By that time our third friend had arrived and she immediately ordered a drink and we were ready to order dinner.
There was a full menu but they had the bare minimum to serve. They didn’t even have fries. No nachos. No hamburgers. No to several other things as well. We asked what we could get and it was simply: wings.
One plus was that we were able to sub the fries for Mac and cheese and that was actually decent.
The food came out at 7:10 and, remember the drink the third friend ordered? She still hadn’t received it.
Therefore, she canceled that and ordered a sprite. The sprite came in a glass and had zero fizz. It was flat as water. I tasted it to confirm. She then asked for a different soda and said to bring it in the can. Again, flat as water. It was as if the drinks had been sitting on the shelf for a year. And yes, she was still charged for these flat drinks.
Since we knew we couldn’t get anymore drinks, we each got a water. One was sweating cold, the others were room temperature. How does that even happen and how can you serve them that way to the same table?
The event itself was lacking and the venue experience made things even worse. I just don’t understand how a place that serves food would run out so early for an actual event. An event that we PAID to attend. Where did the money go? It obviously didn’t go towards food or staffing.
This was a complete waste of an evening. I left hungry and disappointed. I won’t return- at least without bringing my own food and drinks inside. You can’t trust they’ll be able to serve either.
Went for an event they ran out of a few menu items within the first hour. Slow service and the bartender likes to put triple sec in vodka sodas. Pretty pricey but the event was nice and they had decent ambiance. I may eat before I come next time.
Awesome ? place I will return ? ??
