My experience was horrible at this particular Ledo's. How croutons can be stale is beyond me. Didnt get any sauces I asked for. Ordered wings, got super hard boneless wings. Ordered a steak on ciabatta...literally could not eat it, the bread was rock hard. I have went to other Ledo's many times and never had a problem. Spent money here on a company lunch and definitely regret it.
Tell me if I'm wrong. My family frequents this Ledos, I mean weekly. If you include my mom, twice a week. A salad was ordered w/apples, and two pizzas. They showed the pizza, who thinks to check the salad? Salad is wrong, I'm home. It's 20 degrees and outside is ice and snow. After calling and then returning to the store, I merely stated my case and asked the question, "how are you going to make this right? "
